Punta Gorda is quaint, beautiful, and historic. It can also be a bit pricey compared to its neighbor Port Charlotte just across the harbor. We're building a new home on the Cape Haze peninsula for quite a bit less than over in PG. But what's great is that we're so close we can still enjoy everything Punta Gorda has to offer just without the price tag.
