Yep 2 and 1/2 yrs of trying to manifest a SP - went through ups and downs to giving up completely - right now I'm in the "I dont care, it's whatever, . focusing on myself " state ATM. 🤷 My intuition still tells me we have a connection and it's ment to be but I've let it go and just focusing on the self.

I’ve been practicing this for a bit it makes u feel delusional or like ur lacking ur self love but it has nothing to do with chasing. I’ve found like writing out my fears or “bad” things he’s said next to reality and good things that have happened or been said. Today was a rough day emotionally after being so positive for awhile and him saying exactly that we aren’t getting back together but there’s been so many mixed signals and other signs showing me otherwise.I was going to let go of everything and let it be but I really appreciate this. I did decide to give up yesterday! I am moving on with my life. Thank you for this because I did leave it with a loving thought. I decided I wanted to stay focused on my business instead

manifested my sp finally !!! 11 days ago things were damn near perfect and i definitely felt a shift----we both felt it. He made plans with me for Thursday, then had to cancel/ work related, and hasn't tried to see me since and has barely spoken to me. .....WTF.....My heart CANT take anymore.....going on 2 years now
I know this shit is hard remind yourself why you want this and don’t give up. Keep doing what you were doing and if you feel anxious just focus on you xxx

Thank you Natalie, this was great and very helpful. I was having such a sad day yesterday, missing my sp, feeling like things are never going to change. I can see how some of the things I was doing (ego based) were contributing to how I was feeling. I know we are in an amazing, loving, committed romantic relationship that is so fulfilling and happy. It is already done!
I get it now because I am seeing so many signs good progress and my ego is what’s in the way I need to fix this. My sp has really been changing expressing their feeling and I’m in my mind if this will work or not. I need to stop and affirm better thoughts.

My confusion or resistance/doubt is thinking about the change that needs to happen when they show up next. How can u manifest change within them. A different mindset or attitude. Accepting my love and letting their guard down and not acting like I’m out to get them.
You should give up, move on, be open to finding someone new, and loving yourself. Better May just show up and you’ve lost nothing but sitting around thinking about the ex guy … maybe he will show up maybe he won’t
A friend of mine usually says: "My ego has read the very same books I have" He is an expert on these same topics too. So in those cases I simply look up, smile and say thank You. It always stop the chattering.
I definitely needed this right now:)! I’ve been manifesting an sp that I briefly dated back in the fall. All I’ve gotten up until this point was breadcrumbs of him just being a fuckboy and sort of rude. I took a break from manifesting and then I started back up again just a week ago and was really working hard. Then this past weekend was his birthday. I felt obligated too say happy birthday too him so I just simply said “happy bday (sps name)”. His response was sort of over the top and really really sweet and he was so thankful I said it too him. It was as if I wrote him a sweet paragraph or as if we were dating. but all I said was happy birthday. i was so happy because it made me feel special and that he was changing. He would’ve never responded that way even a month ago in fact he probably wouldn’t have even responded. I was so excited. But then the next day I woke up and my ego started telling me that he’s just trying too be polite and it doesn’t mean anything and that this doesn’t count and I’m not getting anywhere. I know my ego got in the way and tried too make me feel bad. I didn’t continue the conversation and let him pursue me since that’s the way I want it too happen.
i've been struggling since i'm very anxious. after i watch videos like this few moments later i get anxious again. maybe it's because i live alone and i can't go out much. after days, i tried visualizing but i can't get the feeling of happiness when i visualize what i wanted. i'm confused but i still want to keep trying. thank you for this too, you're so pretty!

I believe at some point you just need to focus on yourself and ask yourself if I loved myself would I be feeling this way or waiting on someone to choose me, would I be sitting watching dozens of videos to fix or attract something . That’s when I believe we detach and if they come back or not you can’t care less because you know you deserve the best. So now you have a choice ❤
Thank you so much! After seeing progress for some time, I had a few negative thoughts that sadly manifested within the past few days, which made me cry so much. I felt like giving up at one point. Everything keeps circling back to the belief that my desire is meant for me, even past evidence shows. To give it my all, I’m going to revise and ease up and my ego to live in victory forever with my SP.

I don't want to give up, but I'm not sure how much more I can let go without doing just that. It's not like I'm spiraling out or affirming myself to exhaustion. There wasn't much negative story to begin with.
I did not decide to give up, it's just that i don't feel like manifesting my SP, it's like i am not interested in manifesting, or even visualising...if it is ment to happen, it will happen. But at the same time it really matters to me, he is always on my mind somehow. Last night, i had a dream in which I got what i was manifesting for, and the next morning i felt really dull and feverish, i was also seeing angel numbers everywhere. But today I don't feel like manifesting or doing anything. A moment i feel like i lost interest in him but then i realise that he is always there on my mind🤷 What should I do in this case now?

Be very specific with your affirmations guys. I am proof this works. He broke no contact after 1 month no contact and told me he wants to take me on dates and do everything with me. I was specific to change the story I was telling myself though. Everyone’s story is different.

It's been 7 years of me thinking that someday he will come back and I truly believed it that whole time. Last year I wavered because I tried to reach out 3 times throughout the years but I haven't heard a peep from him. Not one message, call or anything. If I just got one message I would keep going. But now I'm done because I cannot think of any reason someone could stay away from a person they care about for that long and not even say a word. So to me he cares nothing for me and I refuse to spend another minute on someone who doesn't care about me. I hope he is happy and his life is good. But I love myself more than that and I give up. It's the strangest thing.... I have been working on my SP for two years now. Only recently, (my ego, I think) started pushing forward thoughts almost crystallising in plain sight all the reasons we got apart, blaming him ALTHOUGH I don't conciously think it was his fault. Literally today I had this though my Ego is trying to stop me from manifesting (while I'm the person who has commented recently on our channel like two Exses came back in one week with attempt to contact and words of love). It seems I identified it correctly? Worth mentioning is my SP came back to my dreams very recently since ages and in my dreams he is not leaving, packing up, emigrating, changing jobs etc as usual (none this has ever happened in the 3D) and I see his first name more than ever, his name is not very popular. It almost feel like internal battle inside of my head...
I'm new to all of this but still trying to see if it works out. The truth is all I've desired for my life I've been able to achieve. I don't know if it's the LOA or just my "drive", passion, and willing to get things done. Nevertheless, I feel I've been sabotaging my romantic relationships, with the so called "self fulfilling prophecies", so what you said made total sense to me. I've been meditating on self love and my sp, and honestly I am seeing some movement. I just don't always know how to react to it/accept what comes my way, because then I think I don't want to accept anything, or be too "easy". I really feel lost sometimes and hold myself back. I just don't know how to receive, if you know what I mean...
Relationships are our biggest lessons. Receiving is allowing the universe to do its job. So focus on what you want and how that makes you feel and ignore anything else that you see if it’s not wanted. Telling yourself what you want you can have by only focusing on the desired outcome without attachment to it. Xxx
My SP just did a complete 180 and switched up on me. I'm so frustrated I just give up on manifesting love/relationship. I guess some of us are just doomed to suffer in that department 🤷🏿♂️. I'm tired of it. I'm just going to focus on other aspects in my life in regards to law of assumption.
Change that thought! You are not doomed unless you believ it and i know you don’t you’re just pissed off! So go all in on you. Put the sp to the side and do you! Love you live for you and have a fucking amazing life and build your value and worth and see if they or others come flooding in! You can do this your ego is telling you no but you have to remain faithful to what you want….just put the energies into you loving you as I said xxxx
It's been almost a month since I've heard from him and I've been working on my self concept for several weeks, but was feeling like giving up. I am seeing signs still, but I was scared that I was manifesting signs because I was asking for signs... I'm all over the place one moment and at peace another. I worry I'm also obsessed and crazy, but this is my ego speaking.
I never gave up even when I wanted too because I couldn’t see movement! When I focused more on me loving me and having more fun and detsxhing having a lighter energy about it within weeks he was knocking at the door! Maybe it’s time to focus on you healing you and loving you laughing again having fun and just lightly thinking about them xx

I've had another ex come back a couple of days ago that has said all of the words of which I want my SP to say to me and turns out his sister has recently gotten a dog with the same name as my SP... I KNOW that's no coincidence. Almost like the universe was preparing me to laugh a bit more at life and have more patience. I don't know 🤣
I broke no contact after 10days. My ex replied right away but with one word emotionless answers. I told myself I had to forgive myself bc I’m human and was missing him. Now it all seems hopeless and I just wish for the strength to walk away for good and not look back! This video is very apropos but I wonder if being hopeful only perpetuates the pain of his absence?
I have no problems geting him to come back it seems but my ego always tells me he won't stay and then he starts being hot and cold again. I feel like giving up but I won't.
All i know is that i was litening to you talking about signs the manifestation is working we might be ignoring... and at that exact moment i saw 11:11 on my watch ... So i stopped to do a litle bit of visualisation at that point, and recognized I had a good number of signs from the universe this Past few days :D
Ego is like telling yourself the worst case scenario is going to happen. I've had that happen. It happened today. She doesn't give me any looks or any clues that she's interested so she's just using me for validation. That might be true but sometimes it feels like she takes an interest in me. In my stage of my future relationship I do need to listen to the voice that says she's using me for validation. So perhaps it's time to detach when I don't see her. Still be friendly when we meet but not give her the satisfaction that I think about her often.
I've heard from a very good friend of mine that my SP is engaged so I asked if it's true. My SP said it's obviously not true, someone made it up. Unfortunately, this information got stuck in my head and I'm more likely to believe that he lied and he's actually with this girl. My ego acted here: he lied to me, he chose someone else over me etc Since then, I cannot think positively about us getting back together. My birthday is in 2 weeks, even tho we know each other for almost 4 years now, he never wished me on my birthday. So, I'll try my best to manifest birthday wishes from him.

I felt obligated too say happy birthday too him so I just simply said “happy bday (sps name)”. His response was sort of over the top and really really sweet and he was so thankful I said it too him. It was as if I wrote him a sweet paragraph or as if we were dating. but all I said was happy birthday. i was so happy because it made me feel special and that he was changing. He would’ve never responded that way even a month ago in fact he probably wouldn’t have even responded. I was so excited. But then the next day I woke up and my ego started telling me that he’s just trying too be polite and it doesn’t mean anything and that this doesn’t count and I’m not getting anywhere. I know my ego got in the way and tried too make me feel bad. I didn’t continue the conversation and let him pursue me since that’s the way I want it too happen.

i've been struggling since i'm very anxious. after i watch videos like this few moments later i get anxious again. maybe it's because i live alone and i can't go out much. after days, i tried visualizing but i can't get the feeling of happiness when i visualize what i wanted. i'm confused but i still want to keep trying. thank you for this too, you're so pretty!

I believe at some point you just need to focus on yourself and ask yourself if I loved myself would I be feeling this way or waiting on someone to choose me, would I be sitting watching dozens of videos to fix or attract something . That’s when I believe we detach and if they come back or not you can’t care less because you know you deserve the best. So now you have a choice ❤

Everything keeps circling back to the belief that my desire is meant for me, even past evidence shows. I don't want to give up, but I'm not sure how much more I can let go without doing just that. It's not like I'm spiraling out or affirming myself to exhaustion. There wasn't much negative story to begin with.

I did not decide to give up, it's just that i don't feel like manifesting my SP, it's like i am not interested in manifesting, or even visualising...if it is ment to happen, it will happen.
But at the same time it really matters to me, he is always on my mind somehow.
Last night, i had a dream in which I got what i was manifesting for, and the next morning i felt really dull and feverish, i was also seeing angel numbers everywhere.
But today I don't feel like manifesting or doing anything.
A moment i feel like i lost interest in him but then i realise that he is always there on my mind🤷
What should I do in this case now?
I believe you're in the state of the sabbath. The resting period. It's living in the end. Just rest and trust it's coming. Rest in that peace.

Be very specific with your affirmations guys. I am proof this works. He broke no contact after 1 month no contact and told me he wants to take me on dates and do everything with me. I was specific to change the story I was telling myself though. Everyone’s story is different.

It's been 7 years of me thinking that someday he will come back and I truly believed it that whole time. Last year I wavered because I tried to reach out 3 times throughout the years but I haven't heard a peep from him. Not one message, call or anything. If I just got one message I would keep going. But now I'm done because I cannot think of any reason someone could stay away from a person they care about for that long and not even say a word. So to me he cares nothing for me and I refuse to spend another minute on someone who doesn't care about me. I hope he is happy and his life is good. But I love myself more than that and I give up. Now Id just like to be free of any thoughts or emotions associated with the situation.

It's the strangest thing.... I have been working on my SP for two years now. Only recently, (my ego, I think) started pushing forward thoughts almost crystallising in plain sight all the reasons we got apart, blaming him ALTHOUGH I don't conciously think it was his fault. Literally today I had this though my Ego is trying to stop me from manifesting (while I'm the person who has commented recently on our channel like two Exses came back in one week with attempt to contact and words of love).
It seems I identified it correctly?
Worth mentioning is my SP came back to my dreams very recently since ages and in my dreams he is not leaving, packing up, emigrating, changing jobs etc as usual (none this has ever happened in the 3D) and I see his first name more than ever, his name is not very popular.
It almost feel like internal battle inside of my head...

I'm new to all of this but still trying to see if it works out. The truth is all I've desired for my life I've been able to achieve. I don't know if it's the LOA or just my "drive", passion, and willing to get things done. Nevertheless, I feel I've been sabotaging my romantic relationships, with the so called "self fulfilling prophecies", so what you said made total sense to me. I've been meditating on self love and my sp, and honestly I am seeing some movement. I just don't always know how to react to it/accept what comes my way, because then I think I don't want to accept anything, or be too "easy". I really feel lost sometimes and hold myself back. I just don't know how to receive, if you know what I mean...
Relationships are our biggest lessons. Receiving is allowing the universe to do its job. So focus on what you want and how that makes you feel and ignore anything else that you see if it’s not wanted. Telling yourself what you want you can have by only focusing on the desired outcome without attachment to it. Xxx

I'm resonating with you more recently
My SP just did a complete 180 and switched up on me. I'm so frustrated I just give up on manifesting love/relationship. I guess some of us are just doomed to suffer in that department 🤷🏿♂️. I'm tired of it. I'm just going to focus on other aspects in my life in regards to law of assumption.
Your SP would never switch up on you! Either way you will find your true SP and it will be natural and feel good always. Stay blessed.
Change that thought! You are not doomed unless you believ it and i know you don’t you’re just pissed off! So go all in on you. Put the sp to the side and do you! Love you live for you and have a fucking amazing life and build your value and worth and see if they or others come flooding in! You can do this your ego is telling you no but you have to remain faithful to what you want….just put the energies into you loving you as I said xxxx

It's been almost a month since I've heard from him and I've been working on my self concept for several weeks, but was feeling like giving up.
I am seeing signs still, but I was scared that I was manifesting signs because I was asking for signs... I'm all over the place one moment and at peace another. I worry I'm also obsessed and crazy, but this is my ego speaking.
I never gave up even when I wanted too because I couldn’t see movement! When I focused more on me loving me and having more fun and detsxhing having a lighter energy about it within weeks he was knocking at the door! Maybe it’s time to focus on you healing you and loving you laughing again having fun and just lightly thinking about them xx

I've had another ex come back a couple of days ago that has said all of the words of which I want my SP to say to me and turns out his sister has recently gotten a dog with the same name as my SP... I KNOW that's no coincidence. Almost like the universe was preparing me to laugh a bit more at life and have more patience. I don't know 🤣
I broke no contact after 10days. My ex replied right away but with one word emotionless answers. I told myself I had to forgive myself bc I’m human and was missing him. Now it all seems hopeless and I just wish for the strength to walk away for good and not look back! This video is very apropos but I wonder if being hopeful only perpetuates the pain of his absence?

No contact, no signs at all ...cracking on with life but not easy not to give up when there is nothing at all .

So i stopped to do a litle bit of visualisation at that point, and recognized I had a good number of signs from the universe this Past few days :D

Ego is like telling yourself the worst case scenario is going to happen. I've had that happen. It happened today. She doesn't give me any looks or any clues that she's interested so she's just using me for validation. That might be true but sometimes it feels like she takes an interest in me. In my stage of my future relationship I do need to listen to the voice that says she's using me for validation. So perhaps it's time to detach when I don't see her. Still be friendly when we meet but not give her the satisfaction that I think about her often.

I've heard from a very good friend of mine that my SP is engaged so I asked if it's true. My SP said it's obviously not true, someone made it up. Unfortunately, this information got stuck in my head and I'm more likely to believe that he lied and he's actually with this girl. My ego acted here: he lied to me, he chose someone else over me etc Since then, I cannot think positively about us getting back together. My birthday is in 2 weeks, even tho we know each other for almost 4 years now, he never wished me on my birthday. So, I'll try my best to manifest birthday wishes from him.
