What To Expect From Tesla's Earnings

Tesla shares are up almost 90% since its last earnings report. Excitement is building to see what Elon Musk reports after the bell today. Pierre Ferragu of New Street Research just upgraded the stock to a buy and raised his price target to $460 from $240. He's on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
