It all depends on your fryer, I put mine on 170 to 180 it also depends on how crunchy 🤔 you want it.

I have made this flavour before in the 80s but i baked mine and you have to be careful not to burn them.back in moderate heat like 170degrees and keep turning or the cheese starts browning first
