The sound you're hearing is most likely feedback from power touching your sound wires very common mistake that people make when they do sound installs

The tweeter is because of the amo it’s connected to mine had that issue I took it to the shop it was installed at and they fixed it it’s a simple connection issue I think

I thiought at first that somebody made a TH clone out of a SRT, cuz all the badging was wrong in addition to the brakes, but I realized that the calipers had been painted cuz the dust caps were red too.. and yeah!
