No valve caps is taking the weight saving to the extreme lol. Would be nice to know the weight of these bikes when you do a bike check
No valve caps is to save time in case of a flat, not to save weight.

One big question in my mind, how does 1 chain ring in the front work for XC bikes? Isn't 3 or 2 chain ring better? Please somebody enlighten me. :(
Adil Iftekhar less weight and much more simple. i run 1x11 eleven as well on my XC bike with 32t chainring. And i'm pretty confident on it.

Hey GMBN I am 13 years old and have been mountain biking for 2 years and i love it. I have 2 questions for you that i would love to have answered. My first question is about a bike as I mentioned before I have been riding for 2 years and I have been riding hardtails. I really want to move into full suspension bikes but as many of us know the words budget and full suspension bike dont go together regardless if you have any ideas for a bike that is somewhat affordable then please say. My second question is about my parents i live very in vancouver which as many people know is one of the best spots to mountain bike in the world comsidering im so close to the north shore and not to mention whistler however my family is never willing to take me to ride so I can never get out to actully ride. Please help I really enjoy your videos and and really hope that these questions can be answered

hugh mackay I rode a giant stance as my first full sus its heavy but it's fun and if you keep it working good it should last

hugh mackay you could get a second hand kona process 153 dl or the smaller version I think 134 I'm not sure, there amazing loads of travel but still good to pedal with the pike up front which everyone knows Is a great fork and there pretty cheap. And show you're parents you're comment and the reply and express to them you want to ride more.

Crank 36t, rear 42t. Uphill is for a normal person at race pace simply impossible. That is the difference between a world class athlete and the rest of us, mere mortals.
So no 10-50 cassette. I've been aiming more for the 10-42 as well. And another no dropper. I really don't get why he uses Candy instead of plain eggbeaters.
