Irrelevant. The argument didn't include the fact that weed hasn't killed anyone. It specifically stated that two people having done something for a long time and still being alive proves that the thing they've done for so long can't kill them so my war example is a direct comparison. The fact that war has casualities is an example of why that logic is wrong. Phrases like 'downright laughable' and 'pathetic' should be reserved for things like faulty generalizations born out of fallacies of defective inductions like The Joker 's argument.
