She was designed in September 2018 (or if you count the Mew Mew character from the fake anime, September 2015) but got to know her in July 2021. So taking 34 (or 70) months to develop feelings for Mew Mew, compare that to taking 83 months for Martlet.
Spoilers for game of thrones Martlet is sans and papyrus. She's genocides final boss... But me calling her sans should've clued you in on that. She injects herself with dt... it was... horrifying seeing her death... she was screaming out in pain as she melted... she was tasked with protecting alphys... alphys went to hide the cameras and martlet... snuck into the true lab and stole an injection... which she uses at the start... then she melts and screams in pain... that's the only thing that made me regret genocide... also her insanely hard fight... she's harder than sans. But my regret went away when i killed flowey. Then lasered a hole through the throne room. And killing asgore...

Just to let you know, the deer person you talked to at the start was hinting at giving them hot coffee, in reality, there was multiple NPCs in this area asking for stuff all as a part of a trading side quest, you get a pretty good item for this point in this game for doing it.

Martlet is definitely my favourite character in the fangame. She's precious, funny & expertly written. There's another incredible character you'll meet soon enough. Can't wait for your reactions.

Being honest, Martlet is more like Papyrus mixed with Undyne mixed with Bird. To be honest not a lot of Avian characters in video games are done well - for some reason most people just instinctively designs Avian characters to be, no pun intended, cocky. Martlet and Tulin are good examples of Avian characters done right.
When I talked to the bunny monster in the sandstorm section, the storm blew me away before their dialogue finished, so it was just "So" and then I got blown away and it was fucking hilarious!!
Undertale Yellow is like Entropy Zero 2 It's cool mod when you first play it And the longer you play it, reading some lore, and cool details, you'll start to realize if this mod is canon to the Half Life story And, this Undertale Fangame does exactly what i just mentioned! This fangame was indeed worth the 7 years of wait.
So if you bring your coffee to that one person to the right of the lodge, she'll give you a soggy mitten, which you bring to that monster that lost a mitten, who gives you a map that you bring to the monsters on their honeymoon, theyll give you matches, which you bring back to the first monster who will give you lukewarm coffee and then you bring that coffee to the monster with his tongue stuck and he'll give you a great armor item.
