I was browsing earlier to find something for the 12 x 12 as I have a lot of the card books from the range and got them all in a stack atm which keeps falling over. Now I’m out of hos I wanna get my desk and dies organises so I’ve been making some storage items for set items to get it more organised
Hi Ann, Love all your storage ideas I didn't know about the pizza boxes so thanks for the heads up on that one and thanks for all the project ideas that you make without using dies and share them with us.xxxxx
Something I learned years ago when I was in Art class. We would space out 3 coins all the same type on the back of your ruler. Tape them down with masking tape. The masking tape helps to keep the ruler from sliding while lifting it enough to make cutting easier. Less chance of cutting on the ruler which dulls your blade. Works best on T-squares and metal rulers. Not great on flexible rulers .
Hi Ann, what a brilliant idea, never knew you could buy pizza boxes!! 12x12 storage is just what I need so off to buy pizza boxes. Thank you for the idea and doing the video. Regards.
Wonderful Idea! I order pizza for my family once every week. I think I will ask (it won't hurt if they say no) the Pizza Co we use if I can have 5 boxes just to see how it works for me first. I think this is is a excellent idea. Instead of using all the double sided tape, I will use the really sticky clear packing tape to tape the boxes together and then use my double sided tape to decorate the outside of the box. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. THUMBS UP!
That’s is Genius, love it. You said "it’s not perfect" well I for one think it’s brilliant. If I make one and it turns out like that I will be very happy.💖 Thank you for sharing a great idea.
Love this idea. My suggestion is after cutting before you fold the box together do the majority of your inner lining first especially if using glue on large areas.
This is such a great idea and I am strongly tempted to make one. It would make storing my 12 x 12in paper so much easier. I have just one question before I buy the pizza boxes - if they are 12 x12in and the decorative paper pad is also 12 x 12in, are the internal measurements of the pizza boxes large enough to allow the pads to slide in easily? I know it seems like a daft question but if both items are the same size it seems they will stack neatly but not allow enough internal space, especially once they have been lined. Millimeters seem to make a difference .... Hope you don't mind my asking, it's not an unkind criticism because think you've made the construction process very clear and easy. It's just a point that puzzles me.
They must be because i did not have to trim any off my paper or card. I think the pizza boxes are kust slightly bigger than 12 x 12 as my paper slides in and out
Positively Papercraft, after work this afternoon I made a special trip to my restaurant supply store and bought myself a package of 12x12 pizza boxes! 😉 unfortunately I will have to change the structure just so slightly from yours to ensure that my paper lays flat. So excited to bull my structure! Thank you!!
(I think we have an over the pond issue here the glue you used on the paper - it sounded like colol that is a brand name I've never heard of what kind of glue is it?
Great idea I wouldn't have thought of pizza boxes. Extra strong clear packing tape would also be good for joining them together, just a thought. Well done Ann xx
Thank you so much. That's so kind of you to be so appreciative and understanding. So much better than comments from people picking at things. Thank you xx
Another brilliant idea Ann. Just wish I had the space to have this and all your other storage ideas. I should just take over my bedroom and sleep on the sofa 😂
That’s. lovely Ann I am getting some Ikea Kallax units this week so . I am going to give this storage a,go,. When you are putting the brown card over the whole stack could you remove the double sided tape to give it a bit more sticky ness or is the collall going to be enough . I looked at this storage last week but could only find pizza boxes in quantity of 25 or more . If I can’t only get 10 then I will give the foam board a go , but I think I would loose quite a bit of storage with the space the white board takes up . I need to look at your link for the pizza boxes and. Crossing my fingers that I can get the 10:. Thank you so much for your design you really encourage me and I think a lot of others to give things a go . Xx
The whole time I’m watching I’m saying be careful with that knife! I’ve cut myself before! Yikes! What a clever idea. I love it. Really looks cool. Probably saved a bundle too. I love making storage pieces. Denise
Fantastic idea to use pizza boxes. I’d never have thought to se them. I’ve placed my order so just have to wait for them to arrive 😁 also m from County Durham your accent sounds like your a northerner? XX
Great idea! I was just wondering though, if the pizza box is only 12x12 to start with and your paper is 12x12, wouldn't that really be too tight to put a stack of 12x12 paper in and be able to slide in and out easy?
Great idea in theory but a 12” box does not hold 12x12 paper. I put my regular sized paper in it for now but still have to find something for my 12x12.
Funnily enough it fits mine as you can see in the photo!!! Not quite sure why I would make it for 'theory' . The boxes I used to make it were around 12 1/4
Perfect idea Ann, I'm going to try one of these so much nicer to think you can make these storage boxes instead of buying them thanks for sharing hun xx
I have made these before, just be careful and not put too much paper otherwise they will bow out and collapse. (know from experience) If one can afford it I would double up the cardboard between each "Shelf" thus making for a stronger "Shelf" and hopefully less bowing. Great idea I am about to do the same thing only with cardboard and maybe foam board..not sure yet how I will do it.
I really like your idea of using pizza boxes. thanks for sharing.
Wow, I'm behind the times!!
I had no idea you could buy pizza boxes from Amazon! LOL
Thank you for a GREAT idea.👍🏻
Clever idea, thanks for sharing.

How clever! You come up with great ideas when it comes to making storage boxes for your craft supplies.

How fantastic Ann! I’m going to try this. Love your ideas.
Thank you Bobby
Ann you are one amazing lady ! Gutted that I don't have room for it as things are. Thankyou for sharing such a great project !
Thanks Jean, what a shame you have no room xx
Love this idea. My suggestion is after cutting before you fold the box together do the majority of your inner lining first especially if using glue on large areas.
That was my first thought as well. I might try adding the card stock in the front over each set of boxes as opposed to each one separately.
You did such a good job with paper storage, how about something for ink pads? Can you think about that? I have faith in you!
I already have. I did it a few days ago. Please subscribe and you can see all my videos and get notifications
I loved it and tried it. What did I do wrong? My paper doesn't fit
excellant idea, very clever
Fabulous as always! I chucked my boxes out about 2 weeks ago when I had a clear out!!! What a wally, I'll have to buy some now!!!
Awww Nina lol. What you like xxx
Absolutely brilliant Anne i am ordering the pizza box s as soon as I finish this comment as usual i am blown away xx

Hi Anne great video I presume I will need 12 inch boxes as when I click the link it already filled saying 10inch ?
Yes just click the 12".
Thank you x
Hi Ann are these 12 x 12 pizza boxes as the link says 10. Lovely idea, your so clever, thank you
No it means you get 10 12x12 boxes

Hi , Ann, this is genius, love it, TFS.
Do you have video for 8 1/2 x 11 papers storage
No sorry. If I do make one it will be A4 which is 8 1/4 x 11 3/4 but I could maybe make it to fit both. Will see what I can do
Positively Papercraft will be waiting patiently
I would love for you to make an A4 one... Pretty please.
