I am glad you enjoyed it. This movement allows you to see the potential for zooming in with more focused awareness. That deep focus allows you to make a greater change with these movements.
If you have any questions along the way, please let me know.
I have two other versions of this sequence:
*Full Version Five Tiny Arches* | Somatics Arch and Flatten Variation | Back and Front Relax 15m:35s ruclips.net/video/lp8aMHJI76Q/видео.html
I like the side lying version:
Side Lying - Five Tiny Arches, Somatics Arch and Flatten Variation 6m:43s
      ruclips.net/video/Gzqybx6h0Aw/видео.html
I have done the side lying version of it while seated. That's good, too.

Hi Eric , i feel i have a tucked tailbone. Is this the best movement for that

This may be good for that.
Try tucking the tail bone and look very, very , very carefully for what place on the other side of the globe, in the entirety of the body, pull toward that tucking in tailbone? That tucking tension is (I expect) in relationship to an move major tension. Maybe uper chest?
This may also help you see it more clearly:
*Pelvic Floor 1* Pandiculate the quadrants of your pelvic floor in relation to big picture tension patterns of back, front, and sides. 10m:28s
Begin to restore easier resting tension to tight pelvic floor muscles.

Let me know if you need more guidance along the away.
Look at the big picture. Follow the subtle breathing constrictions. Practice often.
