Wow I didn't realize how bad the flooding was. I heard it rained there which is of course unusual, but that water was so extreme! Great compilation of footage
4:26 I've heard you mention this before in another video and I agree that, typically, a storm of this magnitude would not be caused by cloud seeding. While I don't think seeding >directly< caused this (because they said they didn't go up into these specific clouds and seed them), the regular seeding they do could have contributed to the end result.
Think of it like a greenhouse. If there is no moisture inside when the greenhouse is closed up, it will be warm but not humid when you return after a few days. If, however, you introduce a source of moisture (say, a large bowl of water) and close the greenhouse up, when you come back in a day or two, it will be warm, humid and there will likely be some water droplets on the cooler surfaces of the windows. So, now, expand that to the size of a country. Without human intervention, UAE is known for having long bouts of heat driven dryness with occasional heavy rains. In response, they've implemented a regular seeding schedule. While they didn't seed that particular week, the entire area has a higher moisture content overall because of the regular seeding they do, which then can contribute to conditions that, along with impending natural heavy weather and heat, can connect various large storms into one system (called Mesoscale Convective Systems). I believe this is what probably happened, looking at the weather data collected from various tracking systems.

I don’t like the way that flight attendants were treated they must have waited on nearby hotels maybe because walking through those waters is dangerous and not glamorous like emirates marketing
