The footage they had was dicey, so they appealed to fans who'd filmed the concert and fan footage was used to create - recreate? - the concert. They did Falco proud. Forget RUclips - you need to get the DVD. Honest.

The '80s' were when music videos first entered the pop music scene and there's hardly words big enough to define what a difference that made! Artists like FALCO and NENA, (99 Red Balloons), had a venue for entering the US market because of MTV. Believe it or not, the German-language versions were more popular here than the English versions. If I had a time machine I'd send you back there so you could experience that. It was awesome! Nothing today even compares to it.
