    Here's my advice (from someone who found it relatively easy, kept working and hiking etc throughout) - hydrate a lot during chemo, and keep exercising as much as you can right through.

    Just had chemo this morning. They had me keep ice chips in my mouth the whole time I was in my treatment. They say it will help prevent mouth sores.

    I would add to take medication before it’s needed…for me I had fewer/less severe side effects. Also, communicate. Ask questions and let them know how you’re doing. Oncology nurses are angels.

    I could only eat life saver gummies.Everything else made me grossly sick😢😮

    I had electric feeling from anything Cold,especially drinks.😢😮
