@J W We had something simulair in the Netherlands but our liberal/christian government thought it was good to change. Actually when you cough many of your blood vessels expand a lot for a second, due to a momentary surge of blood through your body, and men have some very wide blood vessels in the testicular area, especially the entanglement of blood vessels around the testicles themselves. I was never asked to turn my head, but I would assume that just puts more muscular pressure on the veins in your neck, to somewhat slow the blood flow from the lower region. When I was tested in this manner at the age of 18, they've found out that I have abnormally dilated veins in my testicles and the entire area around the groin, which at 18 doesn't matter much, but could lead to "extreme discomfort and pains" the older I get. Wearing straps, belts, etc. might become quite painful in the future. It also makes for more occurrences of "Blue Balls", and quite more painful because of the pressure in the area in my case. Regardless of "Climaxing" or not. It's like a hangover for the groin. There is a "simple" surgical procedure to reduce this, but personally I've been too afraid to mess with it ^^" I'm only 27 now so let's see what happens in a few years heh (It did get gradually worse). I'm somewhat sad to admit, I'm happy that I had to cough while someone was grabbing my balls. xD And
