    Go now and train for Hyrox and win the world championship! We all know you can do it but these guys in Hyrox think they can’t be beaten by CrossFit athletes and I would love to see you put a good ole Mat Fraser whoopin on these guys! DO IT! WE ALL WANT TO SEE IT ATLEAST ONCE!

    • @anderson_pcardoso
      @anderson_pcardoso 3 месяца назад +2

      If someone doesn't train for Hyrox, they won't win a Hyrox, simple as that. If he trains for it, then at that point he's a Hyrox athlete. Keep in mind that no CF athlete has beat the 60 min mark (not even Rick, which is one of the best runners in the games), whilst on the last Hyrox major, all athletes in the elite went under the mark. The current times to be a world champion circle around 53min, you have to run the whole thing at 3:00/km... good luck with that.

    • @wilbrawn8864
      @wilbrawn8864 2 месяца назад

      I love Mat and I think he’s one of the greatest athletes of all time but his body and athletic background is perfect for CrossFit, and he would probably get crushed in hyrox. He’s very short and his neuromuscular + physiological adaptations (tendon strength, muscle lengths and patterning etc) are built for heavy weightlifting and CrossFit. I think if he trained for hyrox for a year or two he could potentially get into the top rankings but I highly doubt he’s coming anywhere close to a sub 55 minute pro hyrox.

    Men and Women achieve 95% to 100% of their physical strength and speed in their late teenage years and mid twenties.
    Through your early forties, with safe training and thoughtful nutrition and rest, men and women can maintain high levels of strength and conditioning.
    Beyond our mid forties we experience a natural depletion of our strength and recovery capabilities.
    CF athletes have opted to use performance pharmaceuticals in the never ending pursuit of achieving personal records, minimizing the natural effects of aging, and decieve themselves into thinking that they can maintain their highly muscled physiques and heavy and high volume training well into their 40's and beyond.
    Father and Mother Time will leave CF athletes disillusioned and depleted from years of unsafe training protocols and drug use for performance and recovery.
    The athletes are amazing but the CF corporate structure has prioritized profits over people's health and continues to propagate a training philosophy that was flawed from it's inception.
    The only reasonable and health preserving path forward is for athletes to take control and create a safe and challenging competitive structure that keeps their best interests front and center.
    CF HQ hasn't done it and won't do it.
    All my best.

    CF isn't fitness. The athletes are amazing, all due respect. True fitness doesn't injure you and leave you diminished and depleted as you age.
    The performance pharmaceuticals that CF athletes use to work harder, lift heavier, and move faster will scar your health despite the false claims of "safe" designer PEDs and no impact cycling protocols.
    Nothing in exercise science today tells us that CF athletes will avoid the debilitating outcomes that have plagued extreme strength and endurance athletes for DECADES.
    The recognition, personal records, and trophies will fade and the ravages of unsafe training protocols will leave you injured and diminished in your 50's, 60's, and beyond.
    All my best.
