Let's wait and see. So far, I only think this may apply to the first episode, but who knows what lies ahead. So far, the show seems to revealed that in WandaVision she truly was the villain (which I doubted - thinking that as she is Wanda's mentor in the comics, maybe she was just testing her - or at least meant to do that in the beginning). My best guess, though: While she may get worse on the Witches' Road, at the end I believe she will have turned from the (kind of relatable) villain to an antihero - or maybe even a proper good person. Time will tell us soon.
