Well, I am German, so thanks, I guess.
The very concept of Churchills's idea was to basically make Euopean countries dependent from each other, so that after centuries of harmfull wars and other conflicts, the risk of harming oneself by attacking an neighbour would be way to high.
But hey, we Germans must all be the same, and generalising, base of the country of origin isn't racist at all, right?

The 'rich' north appears to have the attitude the misery in the south is somehow nothing to do with them - in fact it's the south's own fault for not being more like the Germans.
My feeling is there will be a 'revolts' in the south, followed by defection by some of the north's North Sea EU states.
The EU is just too rigid, doctrinaire, bureaucratic, disorganised, autocratic and corrupt - far too much time, effort and money has been spent by eurocrats contemplating their navels.

The winners know exactly what they wanted.
People will need to leave and Britians will be able replace those jobs again. No more welfare cases coming in, Britain will no longer be responsible for Spains Italy's, Francies, and of course GREECE's debt.
Notice how London stock market fell but European stock markets fell TWICE as much. Britain will recover in couple months... EU countries are stuck with their own debt ... and Germany is left holding the bag for their debt as well.
