I happen to have both. I pretty much agree. The tips and wings of the Plus fit better and have better passive noise cancellation.
The ANC of to the Pro is poor compared to other ANC headphones, but the sound quality of the Pro is noticably better than the Plus. Ultimately, I mostly use the Pro because of the water resistance.
