Crosswalk Heroes: Techniques and Tactics for New Jersey Crossing Guards to safely cross children, parents and other walkers on their way to school.
This video was developed by the New Jersey Safe Routes Resource Center at Rutgers University, on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Transportation and New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety/New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety with funds from the Federal Highway Administration. Additional funding was provided by the New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund.
