If Rondo wants to ever be a NBA head coach he should get the job right away. Since JJ Reddick didn't have to work his way up to get a head coaching job. Cassell should also be a head coach right now. Why does white coaches like Steve Nash, JJ Reddick, Steve Kerr can get a head coaching job right away and fall into the best situations but black coaches always have to work there way up.
