Ngl this is my standard Solo Queue Build ( I sometimes go as far as removing the spoon for incense when playing with my stack because healers are quite annoying ) with Surf - Tele ( Although Amnesia is better in Un Coordinated Solo Queue Play)

If pokemon unite si no longer fun to you, its okay to change game / hobby. In the end its your free time, and you need to relax in that time to recover yourself. If you insist to play pokemon unite as a game, change your mindset, and play different way. maybe different role, more goofy try to have fun from it.

xp share "should" be mandatory.
I play slowbro like this but I use focus band instead of resonance guard.
Tho it’s much easier to stack with slowbro for sure
