@@martinaguiler3976 That may be why these execs are leaving. Getting it (finally) built was a job and a half. Now they need to get a new crew in there to make it sparkle. I wish them luck.
One thing the news won't tell you, is the guy that went crazy and shot his mom and carjacked and killed some poor father a few weeks back has a father that's a project manager for this property. Tney know how to pick'em.
I stayed there over Christmas and the hotel and casino are beautiful. The problem is the service and staff. I can appreciate that they paid some big wigs from other casinos to come and run their place but sometimes that's not always the best. FB will be a big convention and luxury destination for those looking for that type of experience. The competition on the strip is hot right now with Resorts World recent opening and Wynn and Cosmo both great choices. What I have come to find is that we travel to these places for a great customer experience and if the employees are not smiling and welcoming you with excitement you won't FEEL like it's a special place. They need a clear company message and promote from within atmosphere to bring their place to the top if they want to be the best! We will see after one year how they level out!
Probably wanted to get out before the ship sinks. The hype is over. No buffet to compete with Wynn and Caesars. Not many people will go to that part of the strip for an overpriced mall food court.
I didn’t stay at but I visited that hotel just a couple weeks ago… what a disaster… I went to see what they had for breakfast. After about 30 minutes of walking we found one place. It’s so big and everything is so spread out and there is a whole lot of nothing in there. I wouldn’t go back. I stayed at treasure island and literally drove down the strip to give them a look and see what’s up, it’s just too big, we even got lost going back to our car and the part of the strip that it is in is sort of run down and rough. It’s a hard sell and the lobby is weird too there are all these things that look like places to sit, but they have stickers “do not sit” so people checking in have to stand and I couldn’t find where you valet or drop people and luggage off, I wasn’t even staying there and it frustrated me, even going to the bathroom was annoying, the bathroom in the food court area was like a maze getting to and they had floor to ceiling mirrors so it made it even more confusing. I had a headache when I finally left there.
Visited as well haha would Never spend money stay there not even finished and nothing opened. To where it’s located, you have to have things going on. They should never open till it was finished.
I stayed at t.i ? Lol shows what type of person your are , fountain blue it’s for upper class people with opulence, can’t think of 1 thing that t.i had worth visiting it’s outdated 🤷🏻
How many of these mega-joints can any one city have? Honestly, they keep putting up these gargantuan money pits, and only so many nickel players to go around.
Makes me wonder if they are money laundering fronts. Supposedly these places are making record gambling revenue, yet they seem to not have much activity in the casinos from what I can tell.

Even off the strip has casinos going up like Nevada's salaries are high and living low. I'm wondering how the locals keep them in business and pay their bills.
Im saying within a year damn I don't have a degree in business and I can see that shit ray Charles could see that coming las Vegas greed is what going to destroy them too damn greedy and paying people low wages who going to work for them when u making 1800 a month and ur rent is 1600 a month and don't have kids u want be able to afford to stay here 3 executive leave within less than a year that speaks for itself
Hey I hit the like button before I realized it was you, your right that is exactly what they need asap before they go under. Or is that what they want ?
should have not paid the celebrities to come. instead, they should have used the promo money for the locals or normal people to come and gamble and enjoy the resort.
To many casinos now and no freebies.. And now they got casinos outside las vegas and Nevada. And big whales from China gor their own casinos. At home. Compare to about 14 years ago which ain't long strip casinos looks 50% more empty. Going to get empty. And layoff. Not forget still many many casinos never reopen since that thing from 2020.
So my question is...... WHY IS THIS A STORY...... WHO CARES...... NOBODY CARES.....!!!!!! You only cared enough to spend 1:51 TELLING US NOTHING........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UM, we didn't need to waste 1 minute and 51 seconds of our precious time. All we needed to do was read the title. Thank you for this indepth news coverage that apprently you couldn't wait to share until you got word back from the 3 executives! I mean, knowing why they left isn't crucial I guess to your team. And the Wynn and &core want a third building? The winter blues, lower numbers and nothing until Super Bowl or feb, 14 ~ dead winter everyone is open but no visitors lol ~ continue Building. Which one of these will go bankrupt? Empty Buildings are starting to pop up…..
The inside has great potential but it is beyond empty. Even gucci says winter 2024 opening, WHY! Why would they not have all of their shopping open lol.
Other words casino room floor is almost empty and that includes the weekend nobody is playing pennies slots or 20to 100 bets.. And same hotel room occupancy no body is staying there . Probably more employees than tourist.. Cher got her money and back in Cali.
Won’t be surprised if it goes through many executives throughout the years. Those job titles demand top performers. People love the salary that comes with the position but can’t handle the stress and demands of the job to make a casino thrive.
Took a look around inside this impressive building a few weeks ago and was sorely disappointed. Whole lot of nothing inside. Empty space galore. Fountainebleau has got a heavy lift with truly fabulous Resorts World right across the street.
Thanks for this clip as didn't know about the last 2 people let go. All 3 of these individuals had a solid track record with other Properties and surprising that all 3 were on such a short chain. It often takes time for the marketing of a property to kick in. I think the design of Fountainbleau has a number of issues. One is that during conventions at the LVCVA's new West Hall there are a ton of people walking on that street (Elvis Presley Blvd.) that runs East-West as I was just over there for CES 2024 this past Thursday (1/11/24). There are no entrances on this side of the Property (seen at 1:21/1:51) save for the Parking Garage itself. Anyone walking from Resorts World or Circus Circus on the E-W sidewalks past Fountainbleau has no incentive to go in there. One might scoff at a customer of Circus Circus going to Fountainbleau but for convention-goers other hotels may have sold out and that is one of the places left plus it is close to the Convention Center. The other, of course, is that few people at Wynn Las Vegas/Encore or Venetian/Palazzo are going to walk that far which also hurts Resorts World and Circus Circus and The Sahara.
They were never there for the long run. Everyone was in agreement to get these locals on the board (and paid) to get the casino up and running and then they're out. FB has their own people they'll be installing.
Something is very rotten at Fontainebleau.
Las Vegas is starting to choke on its vomit.
Sinless City!
I have to give respect to Michael Clifford, he stated from dealer, pit boss, and move up to Senior V.P. casino operations.
Loser he works for others
This entire thing is a complete train wreck.
Must be nice to have your resume posted in the state news for free because that’s all i got from this clip.
Fontaineblue, the cursed casino
To sum it up, they got the worst executives on the strip. 😂
Executives can't bring tourist to another overrated casino when can go somewhere else.. And no big stars show or concerts.

I would like a new buffet
The Wynn buffet is so friggin awesome
Buffets are huge money losers for casinos. Covid was the perfect excuse to close many of them and never reopen them.
Live here, and had Zero idea that they had opened. DURANGO has gotten everyone’s attention!!

So this is a paid segment for these executives to be showcased as #OpenToWork? I must have missed the point of this... surely...
That building is just cursed…..

We went there the day after its officially opening. It’s literally just a gigantic casino. 🤷♀️

Take the money and run
It's Bob Dingo's fault! 😆
So weird
Theres always a big turn over rate in the casino buisness. It is what it is.
why ?

This is par for the course at this level
Why am I getting local news stories from LV? I haven't been there since the mid-1990s.
Wonder if the northern end of the Strip is cursed, so many negative comments. Sahara remake did not go well either.
When something is three feet from hell it is not going to be safe.
I blame the hotel. I don't blame the executives. This hotel has been a disaster for many years. Don't blame the employees for your shortcomings.
