  • Lyft drivers Leon (3300 rides in Toronto), Rachel (4000 rides in Boston), Kelly (6400 rides in Boston), and James (4500 rides in Chicago) share how they learned to “read the room” and understand the needs of their passengers. They explain how they adjust their car environment to adapt to their passengers’ needs.
Thinking about what your passenger needs is just one of the things that 5-star drivers say they do while driving with Lyft. Want some more tips from expert drivers? If you’re an approved driver, you can check out the “5-star driving tips” tutorial in the driver Learning Center: lft.to/3WIuXsK

Lol... I luv these vids... "you treat them with respect and how you want to be treated in return"...
Then "it just takes human decency and compassion"
So why can't Lyft do that to their drivers?
Has anyone ever thought if LYFT did this to begin with... These vids WOULD NEVER NEED TO BE CREATED?
If your business model was all rainbows and unicorns, none of us would be here.
Time to get a clue and realize... The world can be better when extreme profit does not matter.

Right!!! They screw the drivers take away our rides and give them away. Say the rider canceled but they give it to a driver who just activated that's closer. Screw you out of money

What does it take to reach a live real person to talk to or get a status ticket looked at so I can drive?

Does Lyft have the pin system like Uber does? So that passengers make sure we get in the right car?

Yo. I checked the Lyft prices to go 8.2 miles the other night and the estimate was $220-$260 or $380-$450 for Lyft XL. This wasn’t even in a random area, this was a trip to a train station right outside of NYC. No tolls bridges or anything. Outrageous.

Fun fact for you the driver doesn't even get 1/4 of that for the ride. For your $220 ride they will get about $6.29 in total. Plus you have to minus their taxes, gas, and maintenance on the vehicle. That is Lyft over charging and raking in the profit off the back of their "sub contractors"

Deleted the App. I will stick with just Uber. Says start today. But its a lie. Its a Gimmick to get you to sign up. Plus they want to get your car inspected? My car is cleaner then 99% of everyone on that App. Your Tech doesn't have the Certification to tell me my Tesla is in Good shape. 🤣2022 Tesla Model S Plaid Black on Black Yup that's me Rolling around.
