100 g granulated sugar (½ cup)
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
120 g cake flour (1 cup)
4 g baking powder (1 tsp)
a pinch of salt

100 g fresh or frozen blueberries (¾ cup)
30 g granulated sugar (2 tbsp)
5 g lemon juice (1 tsp)
🍰 Blueberry whipped cream
180 g heavy whipping cream (¾ cup)
30 g blueberry sauce (2 tbsp)
