They have to make a huge expansion to construction with ideas like this.
It's not really practical to spend that many resources on something that is so niche. Especially when players are already doing most of the work themselves like this.
A small bit of help from Jagex would be appreciated but I doubt it'll happen. Huge expansion is a bit overkill
