No offense to Jimmy but eveyone is putting the cart before the horse. Money money money but you can't grow the sport if you are focusing on the 1% of 18 thosand members. We need to make it easier for people to join and allow people to enjoy the sport first then the base grows.
The focus needs to be on making judo more mainstream in the US. In the last couple of years USA Wrestling has done a fantastic job at reviving the sport of wrestling domestically and internationally. I think USA judo needs to take the same approach.
