This is good Since my breakup ive worked on myself, i hit gym hard, ive become spiritual, soon im doing a marathon. Do yoga and meditation, read self improvement books learning about managing my thinking. Since then im getting some attention from girls. Ive become calm and less aggresive. All the things that are unexpected. I now feel i dont need a woman, and that is what is getting me attention. But tbf i dont really care for the attention. Ive even deleted social media, i want to go to china and train with monks, my goals and self improvement is my no1 priority. I dont put women before that, high value.
