Awesome that you quit smoking! I couldn't sleep either, but I've never smoked, I just have insomnia and never sleep well. Please don't smoke anymore. When I was 13, I had to watch as my grandfather, who was in the ICU, (I was raised by my grandparents); he had to have a tube put down his throat, into his lungs so they could try to help him breathe. His emphysema was so bad that he was hardly able to breathe anymore. He died after 3 days. It was awful to see that and horrible to experience. I imagine going through that probably feels like you're slowly suffocating. Please don't do that to yourself, especially knowing that something like that will happen if you did keep smoking. Good luck and take care! ❤

Violently sick last night, I awoke this morning with a racing heart and a crashed nervous system. i called the doctor who could not come. I'm taking tablets for a very slight stroke experlenced due to the intense energies thrust upon my 80 year old body by some enthusiastic master. Not long to go!

I've been so energized for the last two weeks and cannot sleep. I have lots of awake energy, just cannot get that sleep part to work. I've gotten a total of maybe 5 hours this last week. And about the same the week before.
Part of this happening is the fact that two cats i rescued had babies two weeks apart. One has become emaciated so I've been keeping the other mother feeding the older babies (7 in total) for a majority of the time while feeding the emaciated mom as much as she will eat.
So, i do have kittens interrupting my sleep quite a bit, but its still not making sense... I should be hallucinating by now and having other complications beginning. Nothing but awake energy, not like caffeine or anything, very mellow and smooth. I can relax and meditate, but no full on three hour chunks of sleep.

This is brilliantly accurate George and I thank you for the comforting and soothing verification. I do have a problem with the words 'chosen ones' though. I feel it is our soul's choice to come here and do the Light work that we are called to do and that it was our choice. I believe this is because our soul has the knowledge and experiences from ancestral and past life experiences as well as the painful and difficult times we have all been through in this life 'time'. This life seems to be our training ground and everything has been put into place by God/universe so that we either come through and acknowledge we are light workers and do the work or sadly some can't take the intensity and can't do it.
