+M Wang Locking your sister on a balcony, locking her outside in the cold, burning her face, humiliating her among your friends. This is not jokes. This is malice. And this isn't about reaction. Look at him. He's almost expressionless and he talks about how he HAS to act one way when he's really the other. I think the pressure of "acting" dutiful for parents/kin gets to him and he takes it out on the one weak person who doesn't fight back: his sister. He also acts out with his friends, that guy who looked skinny and weak. I think he finds outlets for his stress among the passive or gentler people. He's actually a crappy person who makes believe he is good. Not a good person with a little practical joker side. At 21, you're a adult. But he takes his stress out on the weak. What he is: A BULLY.

Pffft, i know right.... only the uncle was there but i guess the parents didn’t want to be humiliated and just sent their uncle... if i had a brother like that, my mom and i would’ve teamed up to smack the shit out of him.

I hate how everyone is telling the son that he shouldn't worry about his mother. I mean why the hell shouldn't he?! She has already been attacked once, and if someone really wanted to they could walk in to the fitness center, grab her and be out before anyone could do anything! And since she raised him on her own, of course he's always going to be worried about something happening to the only parent he probably has! Goodness gracious.
How can you not love Eric? He's such a humble, polite and calm guy. And I really love the way he's still looking shy and uncomfortable with the spotlight no matter how popular he is but unfortunately people still looking at him all the time. I think the lady MC also like him a lot. She continuosly asked him to do something.

On another note: I hope one day this show will do a "Where are they now?" Ep because I sometimes wonder what happens to the families whose concerns come close to winning but don't, or how the winner's concerns have progressed.

he probably feels like she's closer to him than the other sister, he might play around alot but he'll probably always be there for her when she needs him. there are people like that they play pranks on people and like them more than others. she's cute so he probably adores his sis despite all the pranks. i might be wrong ofc but you cant really tell what he really feels about her yeah ? besides she seems really kind and she seems to always forgive him so it's fine.

Right off the bat they slay me! With Jun Jin's sexy body wave when he introduces himself, to the damn cuteness with Eric and Dongwan😍. Throughout this whole episode Shinhwa was so damn entertaining, but that's not a surprise😂😂😂. The girl in the first concern seemed so sweet. She was just so adorable. I hope her bro calms down a bit with the jokes. I get him, but he should still tone it down with certain jokes. The last concern was hilarious and girl you go ahead and fart. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do! If we can't even fart freely in the comfort of our home where can we? She should try her hardest though not to do it at the table, because even I can't get jiggy with that lol. Just clench those cheeks and shuffle/run to a corner in the room👌

When Shinhwa were asked about having girlfriends, I saw some of the members looking at Minwoo lol. I know he was dating Go So Hyun during that time, but it wasn't revealed until much later...
I watched this on other channel but I'm still gonna left a comment on this. Shinhwa jjang. They're the best at variety. Some guests just came to promote their songs or whatever, but rarely participate in the show itself. Not Shinhwa. They're always funny and interesting to watch. They're always curious so that's why they're always asking questions. Dongwan's assertion "Go to Hawaii" is so hilarious! That girl is cute and she doesn't look like she's short tempered. No wonder she gets pranked by her brother.

genn chongwt She doesn't do strength training, so she has no reason to be good at push-ups. Her description of her exercise was massagers, the ski-like machine, walking laps, yoga and stretching. Nothing that involves intensive exercise. Doing push-ups is a bad example to use as proof.

For last concern, I have ever read that when couple fights a lot but they don't separate, that means they love each other so much. If the wife does fart a lot in front of her husband, that means she found her comfort zone already and the marriage has reached the stable stage. Don't worry much my father reacts sometimes even harsher when my mom farts but then my mom shrugged it off XD.

I got that sense too. It's almost like he likes her more than his other sister and prefers playing around with her. I was a little surprised at the number of votes she got actually, like it's such a harmless concern. But both her and the brother were cute - I hope they continue to get along.

I feel bad for the son in the second concern. I don't think he was purposely trying to make it look like his mom was sneaking around, I think that was more scripting. I get where he's coming from, South Korea is considered to be a safe country but I would be worried about my mom too if she was coming and going so late at night. And it's every night too, even if she's older she must not be sleeping a lot. The end result was too focused on her motives and not enough on her safety. It's not a huge concern in the grand scheme of things but I can see why the son is worried for her.

mvc1412 I think the son shouldn't worry so much about WHY she's going out. I mean even if she's lying about working out or meeting with her friends, I agree it's her choice and she's an adult, not to mention his mother. But I think he has a right to worry about the WHEN. Getting off work at 10pm, then staying out until 3-4am, sometimes even 5am, and getting back to work at 9am... that means on average only 4-5 hours of sleep per day. She says exercising is a way to relieve stress and relax her muscles, but even at 50 years old, 4-5 hours of sleep is too little... She should be more concerned about tiredness and her health, imo.
Puppylillies i agree with you. The mother has her own life, but if she's lying about simple things like that I don't understand why she just can't tell her son. It would be easier for him to let it go. Of course she doesn't have to tell him everything, but I feel in this case if they were more open to each other it would help alot.
I can totally relate to that son who worries about his single mom and it's clear that the hosts do not understand just the way people around me do not understand why I worry so much.
I know next to nothing about SHINHWA, but if there's one thing that I love seeing on this show it's when the guests are really open and comfortable. I seriously think it's the first time I laughed so hard watching this (granted the concerns were freaking hilarious either way but still). It makes me wonder how long it'll take for today's groups to become so comfortable on the air.
OMG YESSSS!! I have seriously become such a fan of Shinhwa since Venus and omg in the past couple of years theyve been KILLING it!! I laughed so hard during the last concern War breaks out. I am so proud of the way SHINHWA held themselves together the whole time, cause if it was me I would of been dying laughing! I mean the whole farting thing is hilarious... Like it is normal and everyone does it and while i could see what both sides were saying to let something like that ruin a 27 year marriage seems ridiculous.
It's great to see Shinwa. They are so close with each other. I wish SUJU will be be like them in thefuture. Even after they all get married, live separately, go to different company, they will still be together ♥

Now...the concern with the son and fit mom, I wish we could have got his wife's perspective on their relationship because from my point of view he is a momma boy and despite managing to get married he's finding it difficult to accept that the first love of his life or the woman who was his main chick for a long time is independent, as a single mom she must have devoted herself to him but at the same time waited for the day she regains her independence so she's enjoying her freedom now, I know this because my mum is a single mum and always going on about how she can't wait for my youngest sibling to grow up and leave so she can go to a beach somewhere by herself and relax, it's too bad he's only 7😂

Finally I was wsiting for this episode!! Shinhwa are sooo funny!! Lovve them!!♡♡♡ The nuna in the first concern is soo cute and her brother is kind of excessive especially when he lit the fire but I think it accidently burn the girl face. However, he should respect his older sister. What hurt me the son in the seecond concern because he was trying to take care of his mother since she is single and he is the only son. I think she is lying and there is a man she meets. I felt sorry for the son because he looked sad. I was surprised that it got 47!! How a mother can stay outside untill 4 and exercise for 5 hours!! It's unbelievable..

As a newer Shinhwa fan ( two years now! ) I cannot get enough! I fall down rabbit holes with these legends, they are just as funny as Super Junior ( my favorite group) and they are so classy sassy and unfiltered. I watched the older video of their “ fart competition “ and I nearly died. 😂 I adore all their albums from all the years…..from 1999- now with the newer subunit. If one heard “ Flash” now you would never guess they are 25 year old veterans! They are true kings and legends, hard to have a bias but Dongwan is mine with Minwoo and Jun Jin wrecking constantly! 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🙌👑

I became a big fan of shinhwa and especially wonwoo, I really respect him from what I see , I like his personality a lot . I would want to see him get recognized. I just like everything about him . I wish him lots of happiness and the life he wants .
