Chris, you missed the chance for a good dad joke. You should have said that when Disneyland planted the square trees, they had to bring a bunch of mathematicians in to find the... square roots!
Ah Chris… what you said about how to approach you if one is shy… you’re just a gem! I’m not shy, but I think the kindness you exude is really beautiful. I hope to run into you some day! Thanks for being a lovely human.
You offering people the "Hi, I'm shy." option almost brought tears to my eyes. This will encourage so many more people to speak up and make memories with you who would otherwise miss out. Me and my husband would love to see you in the parks someday. Keep being your awesome self! 🖤
Every time you give words of encouragement, I think oh I hope someone who needs it, hears it. Well, today the person who needed it was me. I’ve been having some health challenges that have been quite a struggle. It’s late at night and i couldn’t sleep and then I came upon your video and it was perfect for me to hear. Even a grandma like me can appreciate your joy of Disneyland and your kind words. Thank you Chris for caring about your fans. ❤
I hope and pray that you are able to heal and I'm so sorry you've been going through such challenges. I know all too well how our health can knock the wind out of us. Much love and healing to you! 💜🫂💜
@@creepycupcake. Thank you for your kind words ❤️❤️
My favorite treat is the Churros Toffee. It can't be beat. Yum yum yum!❤
@@TaniaEstes where is this sold? Thanks

The Raspberry Rose Macaron at the Jolly Holiday is my all-time favorite.
The top book is Sword in the Stone. Peter and the Wolf in French would be “Pierre et le loup”. I understand the confusion since Pierre in French is both the word for the name Peter and stone. That goes back to Saint Peter getting his name from Christ, saying he would be a rock to build up His church. (Peter coming from “petros” or “petra”, which mean stone or rock in Greek and Latin.) As a side note, the French title for the movie The Sword in the Stone is something a little different. It’s Merlin L’Enchanteur (Merlin the Enchanter).
It's funny because there is no book called "Sword in the Stone" anyway. The Disney animated movie was based on "The Once and Future King" by T.H. White
@@kevinleaverton3502 There is, actually. Technically, the first part of The Once and Future King (The Sword in The Stone) was published on its own in 1938 and then T.H. White later wrote 3 other parts that were subsequently republished together with Sword in the Stone as The Once and Future King in 1958. Walt bought the film rights back when it was just Sword in the Stone in February of 1939.
Thanks I was thinking the same thing!👍🏼
Chris, I watch ALL of your videos and I always appreciate the things that you say to “us” in your “I’m talking to you” segments😊 (That is so special) Today’s one made me cry. You went right, straight, to my heart with this one. I REALLY needed to hear that today.
Thank you SO much for the Love, Kindness and Thoughtfulness that you put into those moments of your videos and that you do it consistently.
I really wish that I could meet you in person and give you a BIG HUG of gratitude. 🥰
Bless You.
I love listening to you. You do help me. When I am feeling so low.... I think of Disneyland and you and Amanda and the wonderful kind things you tell us... Thank you so much!!❤
I just have to say that you are such a special, and kind man. One in a million. I can't wait to meet you and get a picture together! I tell my husband all the time that you are the BEST ,and also my favorite Disney RUclipsr! You're genuine and share a love of all things Disney and I just love how you are so excited and enthusiastic about it all, no matter how many times you visit. Thank you so much. I am living vicariously through you and your videos until I can visit Disneyland again next year for the first time since 1999!!!! Meeting you will be the cherry on my Disneyland visit cake!!!! Much love to you and your family! 💜
I love you leaving in all the gleeful people excited to see you😄👍🏻. You’re generous with your kindness.
2:40 try a squeeze of lemon on the German pancake with the powdered sugar
My Omi used to make them with homemade apple sauce ❤
You’re the best Chris! I still have fond memories of watching your rope drop strategy video from my first trip in 2022. I thought I would only be watching around that trip but since then I’ve started watching your channel and never stopped. Now I’m getting ready for my family’s 5th trip. Thank you so much!
I was able to meet all three of you (again) last week on my birthday in Florida outside Tiana's and I wanted to take the time to thank both you and Amanda for always being so sweet and thoughtful. Any trip i run into you is made that much better!
I love Maurice’s Treats! And on your recommendation I tried my first Tigger Tail after avoiding it for 20 years … you were 100% right! It’s now a “must have” for me! Also … I love how you stop for everyone who says hello (you did this for me down by Tiana’s Bayou one day when you were with your beautiful mama in May!)! Thanks for all your videos and your positive messages!
Ahhhh. Just what I needed after a long, tiring day: a little dose of that Chris Provost ray of sunshine! Thanks for your positive attitude fun videos!
Thank you Chris. I needed to hear your uplifting words this morning. I’m struggling as a mom and wife right now. I feel like I can’t be what everyone needs and I feel so inadequate. I really hope I run into you the next time I am in the parks next April. Just so I can tell you face to face how much you have helped me. Thank you!!!
Jack jacks cookie is really awesome! And I just wanted to take a second and tell you thank you so much for your videos and positive messages. My wife and I watch your videos all the time. I appreciate what you do. Thank you for sharing your experience with all of us
You sure make me feel good when you give your pep talks! ❤
Thanks for pointing out those special treats! Yum!
You are so welcome!
Meeting you at Disneyland years ago is one of my most favorite memories ❤ you are so kind.
Another great video, 122 days until my 1st Disneyland Trip. My wife & I are staying in the Grand Californian and can’t wait!
Happy 1st trip to Disneyland! You’re gonna LOVE it! And the Grand Californian, such a beautiful hotel and everyone working there was so nice!
🎉
Love breakfast food too! Having Dennys then walk over to Disneyland when I was younger with my family.
Thank you Chris for this great video. I watched it this morning and as I write this we are sitting in the Craftsman Grill enjoying a quiet dinner. Thank You, Thank You. Thank You for all that you do.
Oh, I absolutely love churro toffee. We were at Disneyland a week ago and I got one to take on my cruise, and forgot about it until today when I got home and unpacked. It was still delicious after a week 🤗
I can’t wait to try the blueberry cream cheese pastry! I often get the soft serve ice cream in DCA at one of the cozy cones in CarsLand. I also love the beignets at the Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney. 😊
So hard to choose just three favorite treats! Its like trying to pick your favorite ride in the park, can't be done 😂 Thank you for this little chat, all the best from Jennifer in Canada 🎉
...and You are the Best, Chris. 😊 Wonderful video. Thank you, friend.
Thank you for the turn by turn directions! I always get so turned around even though I try to study the map before I go visit 😂 appreciate you and your dad energy that is so comforting to me and my family. We so appreciate you and all that you do! 🏰 thank you for keeping the magic going! ✨🎉
I appreciate the message at the end . I needed that
I love Disneyland Churros more than anything else!
They are so good!
Have you tried the churro toffee? Yummy!
@@amazingjason455 No, but it sounds good!
Saaaaaaaaame, and classic churro at that. Tried some of the flavored ones and they're ok but feel like it's not as good as the original. Also had the churro toffee, oh dear god no, not for me. waaaaaaaay too sweet and gets stuck in my teeth like nobody's business. If you like sweets but don't have a major sweet tooth, skip it... or maybe have some of a friend's to test it.
Tuned in to see the treats, but I caught your special message near the end there. Thank You Chris. Sometimes I feel down and don’t mention it to anyone and try to deal with it. Your kind words caught me during a troubling time and they resonated. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the kind words!! We Love you too Chris!! Going to Disneyland in November, Tigger tail is #1 on my to try list.
Peanutbutter on waffles, or pancakes with syrup, AWESOME!!!
I love vlogs like this! I'll have to try that blueberry danish one day...
Hi Chris My family all worked for Disney. My dad was head of several art departments at Disney world and Disneyland. I worked as a ride operator and my band regularly played at several stages including the elevator stage in Tomorrow land. It is very nostalgic for me to watch your clips. Brings back a lot of great memories. Thanks for the memories.
Chris, you rock. I'm always worried about approaching people because I don't know what to say. (This is why I greatly favor panel situations at FanX!) You offering to carry the conversation is golden.
Chris, kudos to you for including a moment to speak directly to folks in a positive manner! I’m sure it’s helped some people get to a better place. (I don’t need to hear it, personally, and it still makes me feel good!) ❤
I just went to Disneyland for the first time and loved LOVED the Mickey beignets!!! They were so good, I went back and got them for breakfast again the next day. 🎉
You really are the best Chris! So giving, certainly restoring my faith in humanity
Hi Chris, those books in the window at the castle…Cendrillon is Cinderella 😊, and you were right about La Belle et La Bete, that’s Beauty and the Beast.
You are an amazing person with a beautiful heart. Thank you.
I love the Chicolate and Peanut butter square at the same place you went for the Tigger Tails. So good!
I enjoy all your videos. And thank you. alot of people like myself are going through a hard times day after day with depression those words make alot of difference. This videos take me back to. when i went to Disney meny years ago. Before they made star wars add on. hopefully soon i can go again. 🤓
Thanks for these great snack tips! Hope I can grab one of these during my next visit in about 2 weeks! The pb candy pieces on the top of that blondie makes it look irresistible! ❤ Churro toffee is my favorite! I always bring some home too!
You are my son's favourite Disney vlogger, he was so dang excited to have met you last November when they visited DisneyLand! You are a gem!
Hello Chris! Thank you for all of your informative, loving and fun videos! I notice many people say "hi" as they see you and you politely stop filming - soooo I was wondering..... can you do a video on THE best reactions/encounters you have had throughout the years when people see you filming? Thanks so much and one day I hope to spot a "CHRIS"!!!
I get the blondie brownie every time I’m there🙈 it’s so yummy! I get the chocolate version of the tigger tail too, love the churro toffee. I want to try the peanut butter chocolate square next time though.
Yay! You got a new backpack! 👍🏻
Thanks for turning me/us onto Tigger Tails. Great little treat!
Chris, I love what you said about not minding people coming up to chat with you. My wife and I have run into you twice and you have been so great! When we ran into you when you were alone on the secret trail was very special. Our daughter ran into you once as well and you were so great to her. Thank you for being such an amazing person!
Thanks for the treats tips, I’ll definitely have to check those out when I take my girls to Disneyland in October! It’s been about 6 years since you did the 15 churros and 15 rides on space mountain challenge. Just curious if you’ve ever thought of trying it again, but eating your favorite tigger tails instead?! 😜
You know? Whenever I visit Disneyland, my go to treat is the Pineapple Dole Whip in Adventureland. I'm still new to the Disneyland food/treats and I want to try more on my future Disney trips. The peanut butter cup one at Grand Californian looks good even though my taste buds of peanut butter have been on the weak side. I love hearing your words of affirmation and they are sure needed right now. I've been dealing with personal business at home and it's been so stressful.
Chris I totally agree on Peanut Butter. When I was young it was good, no big deal. Now that, I'm many decades older, Peanut Butter is Awesome! Funnel cake in New Orleans Square is delicious, it's been a while, think it has strawberry. Thanks for all you do, appreciated!
I have been to Maurice’s Treats a number of times. I have had the croissant, garlic pretzel bread and the danish. We love it!
Hi Chris. Thank you for all you do and share. The Confectionery on Main Street has a peanut butter square that is over the top. You might want to try it.
When we were in Disneyland last October I dragged my family over to the Grand California for a blondie brownie because of the video you did a while back about it. Pretty tasty!! Thanks for the tip. I never would have known it was there. I know it sounds simple, but my favorite Disneyland treat is the chocolate chip cookie at Candy Palace.
Always watch each video to the end just to make sure i get the lil musical that you do 😂 love watching each video so much. 🎉❤
Ohhhh, you told everyone about my favorite breakfast spot. That’s okay, I’ll just make new friends. Love your content. 👍😎
Hahaha! When you told the story of your sister peanut butter toast, it reminded me of when I would make peanut butter sandwiches for my younger sister. She hates jelly growing up, so to make up for the extra filling being absent I'd over do the peanut butter.
My sister let me do this for a bit before I was banned from making her sandwiches. I was bummed 😅🥲
Having had the Blondie Brownie, it was the most delicious version of a Peanut Butter Cup I’ve ever had! Thanks for the recommendation!
Thank you, Chris! Love the channel. Thank you for sharing. Love the Tigger tales. I think I am alone in my family on that opinion. Not for everyone, I guess. I would add the Churro toffee to your list. I am sure you have had it before.
My favorite peanut butter treat is the peanut butter square from the candy palace in DL and bing bongs treats in DCA. You should try it if you haven’t already. Great videos. Thanks
My grandson calls it BRINNER when they have breakfast for dinner
We call it Linner
@@leighims i call it, "A good idea"
There are so many great treats in Disneyland. Churro toffee. English toffee. I love beignets. Tigger tales are awesome too.
CHRIS, you’ll need to do the Halloween desserts. They look amazing. there’s so many delicious desserts. Thanks for the encouraging words. I needed it today.
I always appreciate the “talking to you” parts of your videos - such a positive message.
We’re heading to Disneyland next month and are hoping to run into you (you kindly took a photo with us last time we were there). Thanks for all the helpful tips!
That berry cream cheese danish looks wonderful. You were correct in the fact that no one knows it's there. I will definitely check it out next time we are there. As for great treats, check out Marceline's Oatmeal raisen cookies. They are the bomb! Hope to see you in person at the parks someday!
Chris!!! I just love you and your Ham and Cheese crossant, Cant wait to try them both!
That blueberry pastry looked so delicious! Thanks for the tip. I'm still waiting for the day I can say Hi to you and Amanda at Disney. 🤞😊
Thank you for sharing the blueberry danish, never had it before! My favorite treat is the chocolate covered pineapple when it’s in season otherwise a churro and Dole whip is all I need!
YOU are AMAZING !!!❤❤❤
Chris, you got me hooked on the Butter Bar! Seriously. As a WDW AP, and live an hour away, I have to get it all the time. 😊
I. Love your show 😁. Unable to visit the Magic Kingdom due to responsibility I have. While watching your show I feel like I get to see Disneyland !! It makes my day❤
I agree 100% with you, Chris. Breakfast foods are the best! ❤
I was going to try the peach beignets when I next go to the park, but I really like blueberries so looks like I will be having a danish instead. And a Dole Whip.
Epee enla Pierre is Excaliber/Sword in the Stone. So fun. I've not stopped to check out the books in that particular window. I have been visiting Disneyland with my hubs for more than 40 years. One of our first dates was going down to Disneyland for Joy Night back in 1980. I absolutely love when I still see new/old treasures at Disney. We have moved all over the country in our years but usually find a way to get back to Disneyland. Now we are retired in AZ so we get to few times a year, if all is well. Thanks soooooo much!
Food part two.
Chris, you missed one of the grab and go that's the best, Corn Dog Castle. The best corn dogs in two varieties and a favorite, the Cheddar Cheese Stick. Fast service and great to eat on the go.
How often are you in Disney Land Chris? I hope to bump into you while I am there. That Tiger tail looks amazing.
Those are great treat choices! I love the hot fudge cookie sundae at the Gibson Girl ice cream place. SO GOOD! I also love the regular churros -- and the beignets! Those are my top 3! I have to get all of those when we're there!
Hi Chris. I got to say hi to you a few weeks ago at Pyms. It was so nice to meet you but I could have used the “I’m shy” line 😂
That ham croissant from Maurice’s is so good 😋
PPP!! I can’t even express how amazing you are!!
I saw you at EPCOT back in January when I was walking thru the world showcase. I yelled & you waved, but it was too crowded b.c of the Festival to make my way over to get a pic. Maybe I'll see you again & have the chance.
thank you chris we will try these next time we come down
I say yes to all 3!!!! Of course it is breakfast time and I am hungry. But I think I'll still say yes!😉😃😋
I had my very first Tigger Tail today! I never would have tried it on my own, but you convinced me. It did not disappoint! It was indeed, a saucy little minx! Thanks Chris!
what is it? It looks like marshmallow covered in chocolate??
@@SantaRosaStormtrooperCraig marshmallows, caramel, dipped in orange flavored coating and chocolate stripes.
I cant wait to try the boysenberry danish, i love berriesThank you for your videos, i havent been to Disneyland yet this year and the background noise makes me feel like im there. I love it. 😍
That would be awesome with a cup of blueberry Don Fransisco coffee.
I agree with you Chris, I tried a local brunch restaurant here in Omaha Jams, they have a maple bacon stuffed French toast and the stuffing is peanut butter banana cream cheese. Its so good. So I can see waffles. I also like overnight oats with peanut butter and chocolate and peanut butter banana. Thanks for the treats video! Michelle from Omaha
I almost fainted when I first tried that blueberry Danish. Perfection! Thanks Chris. 💕
The book you taught said Peter and the wolf actually is Sword in the Stone 😊
Also try the chocolate chip brownie and Banoffee from Jolly. They're so delicious
Love the song at the end! Thank you for being so great Chris!
That danish looks amazing! I’ve got it not remember that for my next trip. 😋
The pineapple cookie and the churro toffee are my two must take home treats! All the cookies look like they taste good, but they don't, the pineapple one is the best! I might try the Tigger tail on your recommendation. I don't know how I could be that good it's just a marshmallow.
I might have to try that blondie brownie! We've been lucky enough to stay at Grand Californian several times and are staying again on Aug 24th so we will swing by and try it! Thanks Chris, you are the best! I was also lucky to say HI to you at DCA last year! You are the nicest person!😃
Thanks for your tour and especially for your message. I've got cancer and I'm having difficulty coping.
Thanks for the tip. I plan on snacking my way through Disneyland
The book titles in the shop window translated into English are from top to bottom: Sword in the stone, Cinderella & Beauty and the Beast.
I am for sure put Peanut Butter on waffles from time to time.
My wife and I visited Disneyland for our 1st time late last year. They have lots of great snacks. We have been to WDW tons of times and have probably tried everything there. Disneyland was a pleasant surprise in the food and snacks. Great video!
I saw my FAVORITE Disney treat: Churro Toffee!!! Followed closely by Churro funnel cake!
what a great video! I have to try that peanut butter blondie!! YES PB!! I also like the Jack Jack cookie and the Matterhorn haystack and have you tried the breakfast chimichanga? its at a cart across from Thunder Mountain. A cast member told me about it and said people come early because they sell out so fast. they have a veggie one and a regular one. I had the veggie one and it was so delicious.
I've never tried the pastry, but the Boysen Apple Freeze is delicious. Highly recommend!
The boysen apple freeze is my FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!!
