My first time seeing the Falcon, I was floored. I grew up in the 70"s. I was amazed by the trilogy, loved every movie. When I first saw the Falcon, there are no words. And then, I got to fly it. Fly it with my son. As a father, it is a moment that only Disney could create and a memory I will carry forever. That is what Disneyland does. It is truly magic.
My family plans to go altogether in 2025. It will be my dad’s first time seeing the Falcon and I can’t wait to see his reaction! He was born in 71, so his childhood was definitely shaped by Star Wars and he passed that love onto me. I’m so excited! I love that you got to have that experience!
these are the moments I can't wait for. I can't afford it now, but when she is old enough, my daughter is 100% getting the full immersion that I craved as a young Jedi!
Chris, can you do a BEHIND THE SCENES?? Or a Q&A? What’s your day at Disney like? How do you prep? How many days a year do you go? How many other visitors recognize you? Who edits your videos? Many questions!!!
Do you know what I love about your channel you cover Disney history, which I believe is gotten lost over the years with all the new fancy rides and all the new commercialism and I like the fact that you maintain the meaning of Disneyland and what Walt built🧚♀️🏴☠️
The Kilo Ren and 1st order troopers popping up in the background as he leaves Batuu is why I like Disneyland. There is always so much attention to detail and themes that you can't help but Appreciate
Yes, I started watching Provost Park Pass because I missed Disney but I continue to watch because of your fun, positive, uplifting channel. The Disney content is just a bonus. Thanks for another great video!
You mentioned you got teary eyed when you saw the Millennium Falcon for the first time... I did too. Okay... not just teary eyed. I full on cried!! Going the last weekend of May to June for my mom's 81st birthday! Can't wait to see it again!
I just found you. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you. I absolutely love your positive attitude. I had a pass for years, but had to stop because I couldn’t afford it anymore. Your videos let me visit my happy place when I can’t physically be there anymore. Have a wonderful day and always remember to be the true you. Much love . Peace !
I was raised diluting egg nog (milk) and juices (water).. it wasn't until I was in my mid-30s that I realized it was because these things were treats that we had a hard time affording, so my parents were "stretching" them to make it last.
How cute it was to see a couple wearing Oswald ears when you were walking by Hungry Bear restaurant talking about eggnog. I'm sure Amanda loved it. I was surprised you didn't mention the mini model of the Millennium Falcon in the full size one close to the cockpit.
Chris! I only recently discovered your videos "Provost Park Pass." I was born and raised in southern California (1961-2002), and have been living in Tulsa, OK since 2002. I once briefly worked at Disneyland during the early 80s, but recall fondly (thanks to you and your videos), my many visits to the park over the years. My last visit to Disneyland was in 2000. THANK YOU for all that YOU do and your amazing personality. YOU are special too and, to quote that song from Toy Story, "You have a friend in me!" Please keep up the great work and never lose that smile.
I made two short clips like a minute or so long, and put them on my Instagram reels, the second to last day Splash Mountain was open in that secret spot of people reacting after coming down the drop. It was one of my favorite spots to just chill and it was so funny hearing what people would yell at their loved ones that made them go on the flume. The best.
19:33 What would be neat to see, would be that when the TnT blows on the ride, the plunger handle would go down and spark. That would be cool to see and hear from off of the ride.
I've been a fan of Provost Park Pass since the first video I saw on your channel a couple of years ago. I've come to become a big fan of you personally, especially from those moments you take in your videos to talk to us directly, earnestly and honestly. I'm sure you've touched many, many lives. You've certainly touched mine. Thank you so much❤🎉
Love your secrets videos. Learn so much. Thank you for always talking to us. You make our days with your positive words. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year. Thanks PPP...❤💚💙💚💙❤
23:28 the best thing about Autopia is that they will let the little kids drive. I've done similar rides in other parks, but they won't let the Littles drive. I had to drive. But Autopia let my 3 year old drive, we'll bounce back and forth on the track, but he absolutely loved it. I had to pus the gas, but he had the wheel, and it's something I'll never forget.
I know! It’s just what they want! Then you can video them giggling, squealing and bouncing all over the road… then use the footage when they turn 16 to warn everyone about them getting their drivers license 😂 (it’s what I did for my daughter)
You are such an amazing human! I have had the complete pleasure of meeting you and I appreciate you allowing me to fan girl out. I really hope you are in the parks around the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend! Thank you to you, your wonderful family, and your camera guy! You help make my Disney trips magical with all your tips and secrets!
The secret path is probably my favorite secret in all of Disneyland. I love watching the uninhabited joy on guests faces in the turn around, it’s definitely what Disney is about.
Chris, you're amazing & you help make this world a better place by being in it and doing your amazing videos that you share with us. Now onto eggnog. You asked if we drink it as is or if we dilute it. I love it as it is. But one thing, actually a few things I like to put my eggnog in is in my coffee (hot or cold coffee) as a special creamer. And then I also like to use it in overnight oatmeal in place of milk. I've also used eggnog in making a eggnog custard pie and a sweet bread.
I do get a vicarious Disney fix with your videos. I really appreciate how you make it seem as if we are walking with you and included in the conversation. Thank you so much!!
Before Tropical hideaway, it was Aladdin oases, but before that it was a great, wonderful, amazing Polynesian Restaurant. With Polynesian dancers that preformed during your meal. I wish Disney would bring that back. I LOVED THAT, more then the bayou. Disney needs to remember there was that restaurant before Aladdin also.
Add to the kugel ball info, as it spun by if you noticed the ball had a circle cut into it. To remove and install the ball, and hold it in place for maintenance there is a anchor behind that circle.
Hey Chris, I have to say that I knew a majority of these facts but not the Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway one. The secret that stands out to me the most is Tilly inside the little theater on Main Street. I used to always walk by that one all the time and I was so amazed to witness it on my previous Disneyland trip. You are such a wonderful human being Chris and thank you for your hard work each and everyday!! My week is off to a bad start as I'm dealing with pain under my right arm. This video cheered me up so much.
Chris, Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thank you for making these wonderful videos and bringing a smile to my face. Your positive demeanor is very inspiring. YOU are amazing!
Omg I miss the Toontown game. I loved the music and pieing robots in the face. Lol I didn't know about the plunger and Pinocchio keys. Always nice to see Adam. 😊Loved the video and thank you!
25:35 I remember when that was installed along with a splash pad area. I always wondered if I was moving it or if the ball just moved on its own. Random fun thing to do as a kid.
Chris, I saw your vlog on secrets on Buena Vista st. and the crosswalk. In the 1927 area I noticed that the 1937 Packard shouldn't be in this area. My wife asked a cast member about this and the supervisor said the Packared was supposed to be parked at the "Valet " spot in front of Carthay Circle I was later found that it was in the way of the Red Car. So it was moved next to the gas station. You can still see the Valet curb there.
I knew about tilly connection to toontown. I saw the friends poster in another one of your videos. The rest I didn't know. Planning a trip in Jan. Can't wait to find all these secrets in person😊
Hi Chris. I am new here. I love your videos. I found your videos because I saw you on an Ordinary Adventures Video. (VIP Universal Tour with your corny jokes)😂 It made me laugh when you said your wife was a connoisseur, because Peter from Ordinary Adventures is a connoisseur of everything LOL😂 You are super funny, kind, and enjoyable to watch. Keep up the great work!🎉
Chris, Do you know what Walt's apartment was actually used for? It wasn't just his office, but also used for alot of the musical numbers for some of the movies like the music for Merry Poppins. They showed that on ABC last week on a special 20/20. It was about the 100th year celebration of Disney. Take care and I wish that you and your family have an amazing Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year! Your friend Patrick Kluck h P.S. Thank-you very much for sharing all that you have to share with us.
Hi Chris, it was so lovely to meet you yesterday and have a quick chat with you at DCA. I hope you and your family have a happy holiday and a happy New Year!!! I remember watching the Aladdin Oasis when I was young with my family and I thought it was cute
I love the details Disney puts into everything. It’s so wonderful that you point out the little gems that everyone passes by. Even if I already knew about the “secrets” you reveal, I just wanted you to know you are appreciated.
Chris, I'll bet I know a Haunted Mansion secret that even you don't know. On the side of the mansion on the second floor window you will see a small candle light pass by every couple of minutes. It's really only visible at night but what a detail!!! The Imagineers think of everything.
The ball! Back when that was a splash pad, I was playing a band at the park and our leader marched us right through the water. Luckily, we all had drum costumes back in the dressing room.
BOTH! Full strength eggnog when the sweet tooth has a craving, but with milk added when just wanting some refreshment (and looking to make that eggnog bottle last a little longer!!)
I only dilute my eggnog with rum…. Ok maybe whiskey too😂. Thanks for all the great info. I knew the Tilly part and I agree the sound in galaxy’s edge is awesome!
Chris, you met My wife Micah and my daughter Dylan this day at the parks (I think). She sent me a little video you made for me, and I just want to thank you for that. I enjoy the work you do and your endless positivity.
It was not the day of this video. Just saw Adam the Woo and I know he’s currently in Florida. Speaking of, I very much enjoyed the video of the Padres/ Rays game you two attended together. That one was epic.
I saw you on Adam’s vlog when he was there. You met them just 2 days ago on Saturday. I do actually have an unrelated question. Did you feel happy, mad or indifferent when your Padres traded Soto to the Yankees? Just curious from one baseball nut to another.
Chris, thank you SO much for talking about Aladdin's Oasis!! I have a favorite childhood Disneyland memory there and have been trying to place where it was for years, I guess I just needed to look down when I walked into tropical hideaway. 🤣😂 Also I was wondering, since you go to Disneyland to film so much, do you ever go without your camara just to enjoy the park? Has it lost any of its magic for you? Or maybe you love it more from going often? Would you still start PPP if you could do it over again?
Your talk about EggNog is right on the money. EggNog isn't EggNog when it is diluted. Straight EggNog is where it's at. Love your videos and I Love my EggNog. . .
You have to leave those interactions with your fans in the videos! Don’t edit them out unless they don’t want to be seen!😊 we love watching your videos, and we don’t care if it goes over 15 minutes
Chris As a grandparent of 8 grandkids I will continue to bring them to Disneyland as I did with their parents. I was lucky to be a Disneyland on Day 2 in 1955 and spent many days at Disneyland. I one time had a convention across the street so I took my oldest daughter and my niece to play while I was at work. After 1 week my wife and other kids should up for the second week we would be there. The girls beg up to leave them at the hotel I asked why. Both girls said Disneyland is not the happiest on earth after a week. LOL
There's a lot more to know about Tilly, you could do an entire episode on her probably. Did you notice they dress her for every season? Also I always wondered about connections with all the photos in her booth and the history of her, she's changed a lot over the years. Also there's controversy about when exactly she appeared I believe.
There are or were 2 palms that were planted for that wedding pre-disney. Also, some of the original astro orbiter rockets were converted into shelves for the souvenir shop when you exit buzz light-year astro blasters
Eggnog was meant to be enjoyed as is! When I was little, there was a drink mix called PDQ Egg Nog made by the Ovaltine company. It was discontinued in the 1990's. It was delicious but very thin as you mixed it with milk. True Egg Nog is supposed to be thicker than milk...hence the Nog! ;P
My favorite land use to be New Orleans Square and is still in my top 3 within Disneyland. But ever since I stepped into it last year, my absolute favorite is Galaxy Edge. It is so immersive and there was/is just so much to look at and take in that I'm not sure it could all be seen in one visit. Even on my recent 2nd visit I wasn't able to see all of the fine details within this beautiful land.
We didn't go into Star wars area last visit since no one in our family has even watched the movies. I have since that Trip and am looking forward to exploring next month! Our youngest has even become a fan of "dark Vader"
I wish they stuck with the hometown, that was one of my favorite parts seeing where everyone was from! When i worked at six flags we chose our fav ride!
Aloha Amazing Chris Provost....so I missed it..what was the secret in Batu?? Regardless..I just like watching your Videos and following along with you. Thank you Chris

Huge fan of PROVOST PARK PASS as well as STAR WARS! The Millenium Falcon is a model YT-1300 Corellian light freighter!

Loved these!!! I don't think I knew most of them! Always love seeing you and Adam together. He really did steal your schtik there!!!

I bet they will Keep the Briars Patch store as an homage to Splash Mountain
I love the beginning of your video when you can hear the train announcement. It makes me feel like I'm there! My husband puts eggnog in his coffee
What?!?! That sounds amazing
21:14 Cool keys!!😊

Just when I think there isn't anything I already don't know about Disney, you come out with a new rad video. Thanks!!
I want to say your style has been very helpful in curbing the FOMO 😊 you walk the park as I used to when I last had an AP
Oh wow!
The millennium falcon is a Yt-1300 that has been modified. Your inspirational messages are so uplifting and your and your family are amazing.
Another great video, much appreciated
Hope u and ur family have a great Christmas and New year x
Have been to Disney World a few times and loved it. Thanks for showing all the Disneyland fun. I hope to visit soon. Love your enthusiastic energy.
Eggnog - straight up, never dilute. Thank you for another fun video at the happiest place on earth. You’re amazing! Merry Christmas
Thank you for your unique videos and commentary on these beloved parks. Grew up in Disneyland and can't wait to return the end of May.
The best two rides in tomorrowland ever was the rocket to the Moon and The Adventures thru Inner Space. Those were the days.
The secret path is probably my favorite secret in all of Disneyland. I love watching the uninhabited joy on guests faces in the turn around, it’s definitely what Disney is about.

I always wanted to have a private guided tour like the big wigs. Now I got it. Thank you soo much. You rock!
@12:45. Eggnog on its own is kinda gross....Eggnog with Brandy is beyond tasty 😋 Haha you the man Provost thank you for the content !
I do get a vicarious Disney fix with your videos. I really appreciate how you make it seem as if we are walking with you and included in the conversation. Thank you so much!!
Was that Adam the woo????? Awesome Video as always my friend
It was. 💙💚
Before Tropical hideaway, it was Aladdin oases, but before that it was a great, wonderful, amazing Polynesian Restaurant. With Polynesian dancers that preformed during your meal. Tahitian Terrace. Loved it

What?!?! I know exactly what you’re talking about. But did not know that. 🤯

You are so kind
EGGNOG - I have never diluted mine. The best ive found is southern comfort. Pretty good. Love the new video!
Good to know!
Chris, they did build full size Millinium Falcons. They were in miniature. Adam Savage talks about it on Tested.
Omg I miss the Toontown game. I loved the music and pieing robots in the face. Lol I didn't know about the plunger and Pinocchio keys. Always nice to see Adam. 😊Loved the video and thank you!

Thank you Chris, I look forward too your videos. Hope you, Amanda, and Miles have a wonderful Chtistmas! 😊
So funny about Adam’s arms being tired and he taking your shtick!
Just when you thin k you can't learn more secrets then bam, here come Provost Park Pass. Love the deep cuts! You are amazing! Thanks Chris!
The full size Star Wars ships are VERY impressive. It brings the movies to life.

Love the secrets. I don't think I knew any of them! Thanks for sharing and also for your inspirational message. You're the best.😊
It’s Frontierland for the railing on Tom Sawyer island. And eggnog is always straight up!!! Merry Christmas to you and your family Chris!

I’ve been watching your videos for a while and just now realized I’m not subscribed. I’m subbbed Chris! Thanks for the fun videos!
Saw u and fresh baked yesterday at DCA totally made my whole week ❤
The ball! Back when that was a splash pad, I was playing a band at the park and our leader marched us right through the water. Luckily, we all had drum costumes back in the dressing room.
We were at DL and DCA the first week of December. Your videos helped us get the most out of our trip. Thank you so much!
BOTH! Full strength eggnog when the sweet tooth has a craving, but with milk added when just wanting some refreshment (and looking to make that eggnog bottle last a little longer!!)
Totally agree!
Red Rose Tavern has OLD remnant of Gepetto's. Stone in floor by bathroom is a whale-shaped stone. Monstro!
I only dilute my eggnog with rum…. Ok maybe whiskey too😂. Thanks for all the great info. I knew the Tilly part and I agree the sound in galaxy’s edge is awesome!
Secrets in WDW, please. Happy holidays to you Chris and your family
Great info! Thanks!💜
I am grateful for the gifts of your content. Thank You. I wish you and your family all the best in 2024!

Another good video 👍 I've never had eggnog before maybe I'll have some this year :)

Hi Chris! Great video! On the egg nog topic, I too also drink it straight but, I have thinned it out with milk before. I prefer straight
Can you do a video of Galaxys Edge at night? It is so amazing how everything looks and sounds at night.
Chris, I gotta ask a random question, what is the star tattoo on your left arm just below your elbow for?
We didn't go into Star wars area last visit since no one in our family has even watched the movies. I have since that Trip and am looking forward to exploring next month! Our youngest has even become a fan of "dark Vader"
I got you, Chris. YT-1000 Correlian Freighter. Galaxy's Edge is my favorite land 😊
Great video! You walked past the 3 fences. You'll have to point that one out next time.
I wish they stuck with the hometown, that was one of my favorite parts seeing where everyone was from! When i worked at six flags we chose our fav ride!
Disneyland never disappoints but it's ALWAYS so incredibly crowded.
The "Splash Mountain" stories of Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox, etc. are all from the book _Uncle Remus Stories_ by Joel Chandler Harris.
I was hired in 1983 at Knott's Berry Farm. I am from La Habra. My favorite character is Yzma.
Aloha Amazing Chris Provost....so I missed it..what was the secret in Batu??
Regardless..I just like watching your Videos and following along with you.
Thank you Chris
