    Great video as always! As a Nordic skier, a lot of the upper body movement is like double poling. One question about the twisting, (and I wonder if it’s only for better tracking racing boards where you paddle on one side for a longer period). Wouldn’t it be better to have your entire body slightly facing the side (with your feet slightly staggered) you are paddling on, so the drive is more straight and powerful?
    Your videos have helped me so much with my paddle boarding by the way. Hands down, you are the best paddle board instructor on RUclips! ❤

      Yes, staggering your feet (and shoulders) towards the side you are paddling on allows you to twist more and engage the hip better but switching your stance every time you switch sides can be tiring on long paddles. I will occasionally do it for short sprints.
