I have a situation where i have solved everything in the 4x4 except somehow i end up with 2 parities. When i do r2 ur r ur r u r u r u r, it just moves the parities to the next 2 sides XD. do you happen to have a tip? thx in advance!

What about the parity when 2 edges are flipped that would be useful

That isn’t technically a parity. You turn the middle slice so that it pushes the same color edge over then you do: R U R’ F R’ F’ R
