I have the same helicopter, and it performs well, but you should try using it indoors. The issue might be caused by strong air resistance

@@globaleducationalandentert3773 thanks for the comment. If you read the description I mention that I should have used it indoors and that it was probably user error. Glad to hear it’s a good little helicopter, we were excited! Haha.
