Well Cell was clearly invited there so maybe Gero gave him coordinates or maybe created an artificial ki signature that Cell could lock on too. Probably just an oversight from DA but I enjoy playing devils advocate so here are some suggestions. Guess you could say I am playing Devil Artemis advocate here. I will see myself out.
