Tapered Auto Bottom - Take Out Carton - Bobst Alpina 110

Tapered auto bottom takeout carton with angled creases on chip board. Not a bad carton to run if it wasn’t for being on chip. Very difficult to get angled score 4 to fold regardless of how well the creases are. I used some baler wire to act as a flexible folding sword to get the back end of the panel to pop under the folding device. Getting the right diagonal folded back down is a chore too because it pops back open when it leaves the upper carrier in folding section.

sick work, love it ! You could have do 2 steps easier with using the normal gluing part for the straight line so you dont have to use 3 nozzles. and in the folding part you could have used the normal folding but without the belt + a long green guide if you have one to use. i hope you could have understood my english ! not my mother language
