No. Gold earning from this event raid is separate from weekly gold earning raids/dungeons. As such, you can do this and you still earn gold from the 3 weekly raids.
This is also not a weekly raid. It's a 2 week "event". We're not sure yet what happens after 2 weeks but people assume that they might rotate extreme raids every 2 weeks.
