  • In September 1979, ITN's Martyn Lewis reported from the heart of Moscow's underground metro system. Riding on the city's underground, Lewis observed the daily rhythms of life in the underbelly of the Russian capital, and revealed the dual use of the transport network that served its citizens. As well as providing public transport, the network was also built to provide shelter in the event of a nuclear attack from the West.

Красота! Даже обычные станции Московского метро чистые, удобные и красивые. А вагоны какие комфортные!
