Its just cause Seele took her turn very recently and the ones in front of her are right about to move, so yeah. This is why i suggest people to run Sparkle faster than Bronya, so its better for overall action value. Since Seele (or any character) will be moving up like normal and should act soon, Sparkle pulls them up so they act effectively immediately. And then afterwards you get a full 100% push forward and the counter gets a full reset and you get this smooth rotation where all of them act one after another.

Her kit doesn't feel wasted if your DPS isn't at literally the bottom of the action order, because she's only advancing them 50%. Her ideal conditions are that she runs quickly, and as your slower DPS naturally lags behind she drags them along with her. I know people say she's a recycled kit or whatever, but in practice the two need different mindsets to play correctly.
Ideal sustain for this is Luocha for maintaining the SP (especially if your bronya is super fast), but I also find Fu Xuan fun, because hyperspeed Blade doesn't have to worry THAT much about getting one-tapped before proccing FUA/Ult, and the free 12% crit rate on top of his 16% from HP set and infinity CDMG% from Bronkle combo means you literally don't have to give a shit about his relics lmao

Speaking of speed, I cannot figure out how my guinaifen with 110 speed goes first when Ruan Mei at 146 speed goes second, anyone else have this issue? I tried to lower the speed but I'm lost, especially because Kafka is at roughly 130 and should be second in turns not 3rd.
Guinafen has a trace or an eidolon that makes her first action at the start of the battle have a high advance forward. Forgot which part of the kit exactly though
It's crazy how p2w works. I had a 77 crit rate and 99 crit damage qq. I brought fu xuan and sparkle with her lc and that one erudition lc that gives crot damage after kill, i got 99 crit rate and around 270 crit damage. That's crazy
got all of them, rm and sparkle both came at home at 80ish and 70ish pity respectively on the 5050, Bronya came home on departure warp, at 20 pity on Seele’s banner, and at 39 pity on Jingyuan’s banner (bro came home the pull right after so I’m pumped)

If you target robot with the skill at the end instead of Gepard you would have gotten the 0 cycle. Gepard dies from the cleave damage. Loved the video!

Here’s a stupid vid idea: Go through any Sim Uni level of your choice and beat the whole thing without moving more than one time (You can move as soon as you enter the domain but after beating the enemy or if there is a occurrence, you can’t move your character normally. So you’ll have to use characters that slightly move themselves forward using their normal attack or DHIL who can shoot himself forward using his technique)
