What a magical place. Absolutely loved it. I wish there was photos left of what it looked like back in the day. Thank god it’s in Wales. It will stay there for decades more. If it was down south, they would bulldoze it for houses. They led such simple lives. Just wow Beardy. (Ps No hat today 🤣🤣🤣)
Yeah I can't imagine this place going anywhere for a very long time - very hidden and probably not suitable to live in now
Fun facts when slate mines were first opened and im not sure if it happened here but the men and young boys were in the mines and those huts you found on top were typically for the women who processed the pieces and sorted them in to size shapes. Don't know if it happened here but was a typical process

And to think, all those giant pieces of stone used for the larger dwellings and all the machinery needed to mine the slate would have been taken to it's final location via horse and cart. No modern machinery would have been used back in the day of these homes being built. Astounding pieces of workmanship. Another great explore mate 👍🏻

love this place . under that water has loads of cars and a exsisting quarry below the water and its has taken many lives too .

@@BeardedRealitythere are more houses on the left past the divers slope in thru rodradendrum bushes folow the cuting were the old tracs go and you will see them thay are i littel hiden wen your facing the house in your vidio go to the right and you will see them in the bushes by were all the scuber divers park
