I tried maybe 75 fragrances today, one of the last line was Mercedes Benz and like most people, I was hesitant to try because its a car company. personally I thought it was mind blowing, My wife loves it as well. The whole line was good, this one stood out the most to me. That's on top of a bunch of tom ford/sauvage/armani I tried. It really is an attention grabber and 10 hours later I still smell it heavy

When you hype a fragrance, I can definitely go for a blind buy.

Vidal31 I haven't bought any. I sampled them all at Dillard's. I won't pay full price. This one is impossible to find under $80 US dollars. I'll wait till the hype dies down and prices go back to normal.

Always loved that bottle. Looks like a rocketship from the side! But careful with the hype Joy. lol If it catches on, 3 things usually end up happening - the prices go up, supply goes down and they almost immediately get reformulated. 1-2 years later, it's watered down nonsense. It sucks that it happens to such great scents too - almost as if we have to contain our enthusiasm or keep it a secret. But that's just me whining... lol An awesome review Joy. I've had my eye on it for a while, but we'll see if other reviewers feel the same. My guess is that they will.
Joy, my brother, you never disappoint me!!! Every single one of your recommendations (hype alerts), really deserve the hype. Mercedes-Benz Club Black is still veeeeery cheap in my country (around 40 US Dollars), so i wiil hurry to pick it up before the hype make the prices go higher. Thanks again, you are the man!

Mercedes Benz cologne I almost got attacked by ladies in the store this was before masks 2 1/2 years ago it got some hate it is polarizing first sniff not great sit awhile pretty good must try this great review
$41 on FragranceNet. Good juice...vanilla. Don't get suckered on EBay for outrageous price. It's available.

Just got this thank you my friend it is bloody lovely. Man your taste is so good. Do you get leather in it. Smells like a Smokey vinnilla with the best leather I have smelt. Wow.

I have been wanting to blind buy this for awhile but just haven't pulled the trigger on it but I just might.
I'm the different one, blind buy, thought it would smell different but not what I thought burned vanilla, struggled to like, hour after dry down.

I just grabbed my bottle as well but no reviewer mentioned it smells like roshas moustache EDP.

This is nice, but what happened to Mercedes Benz Black Leather - I'm really interested in that but can't find it. Also, interestingly there is a new one just out right now called "Infinite Spicy" that is an exciting prospect. There is also an interesting "Nike Graphite" release that looks really interesting.

Great review Amin. Good story...after watching this video I scoured the internet to find this and nothing came up...no stock anywhere. Then I went onto FB marketplace and saw a full bottle that just went up for sale in a beach town 2hrs away from me...ugh But it just so happened that a friend of mine was on vacation just 5min away from the seller so I just closed the sale for $40CDN ($32US) for 100ml...I'm so happy about this blind buy and thank you for this review!

Very similar but as a guy who hates perfumes and can't stand them

@@EKM-yt3xy like them both but if I have to pick … I will go for Mercedes . Its more lighter and more focused on vanilla. Easier to wear and more comforting. More mass appealing (which is not a bad thing)
Aoud vanille performance might be better , but it’s thicker with more focus on woody/oud notes, and for that reason will get less wear from me. It’s more of an acquired taste than the Mercedes
Also Mercedes cost me $30 while aoud vanille cost me $60. But I’m glad I have both.

Got my nose on this recently and it's a pass for me. It smells just like Vanilla Fields, which is a women's cheapie from 1993.

Very different IMO,
Club black is sweet, very sweet in comparison to Z&V. Zadig also has a healthy dose of black pepper and incense which is missing in this
This is the most hideous smelling perfume I've ever purchased. It gives me a headache. Thank god I just bought a travel spray. Absolute worst fragrance ever.
