Still can't get over how many train spotters there are. They appear to be in so many places, especially in the country areas. Some of them have pretty expensive looking camera gear too. And this is for a single carriage train on a regional line. Keep these fascinating videos of everyday Japan coming. I wish we had more trains like this in Australia. 😪
Please note that because the Ise Railway is *NOT* part of the JR Central system, if you ride any JR Central limited express train from Nagoya to Toba or to Shingū, Japan Rail Pass holders have to pay an extra ¥800 (I believe) on the ticket.

Yet nobody at the final station Yokkaichi, which seems weird.
Very swift power unit on this.. considering the acceleration from leaving the stations.. Excellent shoot.. Regards.
やはり、キハ85系はとても人気だったんだなと感じさせるほど来ているという証拠

Wait, so according to the description, this was the last day the line was open? Doesn't it exist now?
It was the last run of the KiHa 85 series railcars.
