The color palette is shit and doesn’t work properly. The pastel colors look ass on your icons. Theme Park's solution for coloring your apps is still subpar. Ngl, I’m giving it to Apple this time. You can choose exactly which color you want for your apps, and the dark mode for iOS icons looks great. On Android there will always be a few third party apps that don’t support it, but on Apple, literally every app can be colored with a beautiful color, not an ugly pastel color like in OneUI. When you turn on dark mode in OneUI, it gets even worse. The colors just look so bad. Also in Apple the dark mode icons are consistent across all apps. They managed to implement it on every app, not just the system apps and a few third party apps. Apple is finally catching up, and even better.

We have one extra benefit in andorid that we can install third party icon pack. Like I am using Dove dark which is also decent. But in default mode, iOS implementation is better.
Nah iOS can just not compete when it comes to customization. You can download 100 different launchers to get literally any look you can think of on android. Zero limitations. I have an iPhone now and I like the simplicity, I don’t really feel a need to customize like I used to.

By the way on iOS you can turn icons black and white too using the tinted option, OP just didn’t bother switching to that mode, also a lot of icons don’t look that good right now because the developer needs to add support for tinting, and at 0:27 the dialer app is white because OP didn’t enable dark mode systemwide which is done from the control center.
Nah, those icon theming in android isn't just simply turning everything black and white. The app icons actually changes based on the colors your wallpaper has. Plus the entire android system actually gets themed, not just the icons.

We have one extra benefit in andorid that we can install third party icon pack. Like I am using Dove dark which is also decent. But in default mode, iOS implementation is better.
Nah iOS can just not compete when it comes to customization. You can download 100 different launchers to get literally any look you can think of on android. Zero limitations. I have an iPhone now and I like the simplicity, I don’t really feel a need to customize like I used to.
You can customize icons with third party apps too on iOS.

By the way on iOS you can turn icons black and white too using the tinted option, OP just didn’t bother switching to that mode, also a lot of icons don’t look that good right now because the developer needs to add support for tinting, and at 0:27 the dialer app is white because OP didn’t enable dark mode systemwide which is done from the control center.

Nah, those icon theming in android isn't just simply turning everything black and white. The app icons actually changes based on the colors your wallpaper has. Plus the entire android system actually gets themed, not just the icons.
If you want iOS like this you just need to choose Tinted option and slide the lower control all left
