Bought this today and it’s amazing!! 5/5 for sure !!! Now that the sound and engine is there, additional future content should be about 200 multis. I’d also love to have solo instruments. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you for making this possible.

I LOVE THIS, now a days we are so spoiled most real players look at this and im sure they say , my arms would probably fall off from being tired of playing staccatos over and over this fast.. just try to remember computer software users that if you want this to be played by real players
they are not machines,.

When I was in high school our Band Director told us we were going to perform "Shostakovich Festive Overture", at Tempo. We did it too, and it was fun. Our arms and fingers didn't fall off, or get tired etc. So I'm sure experienced pro orchestra's wouldn't have any problem with anything like what's in this video, or much else...
If only two more features were possible: 1. Midi Drag Drop out of The Orchestra to drive other VIs. This would make it the perfect writing/inspiration tool. 2. Ability to keyswitch between multiple "Colors".
I can see this being a great tool for scoring "The Return of Miss Marple - The Umpire Strikes Back...."

Which Version of Kontakt 5 should I use to run this library? I have 5.6.6 but gets me the "Your version of Kontakt is too old to load this file..." error.

That there is no button to install the orchestra on the computer, and the owner's guide is not there, how to install on the computer, how do I install the orchestra on my computer ?!

Open Native Access, click Add a Serial and enter the Serial Number/ License Code you got on bestservice.de. Then choose the Folder the .nicnt File is in.

Am I missing something? Isn't this what my sequencer is for? It looks cool but honestly seems like it's trying to be a sequencer within the sequencer -which in my view is problematic.
Well, it's an orchestrator, EW Hollywood Orchestra also has this. You can export the MIDI to your DAW and from there you go. Here is a video explaining it: ruclips.net/video/zfSUWygrPR0/видео.html
Im having the hardest time in the world even trying to get it off the ground. you tutorials offer very little showing someone how to use it.

Hey this is a known issue and will be fixed in an upcoming update. As a workaround you can press "!" to reload the script. It works just fine after that.

Nope, you don't need them.

@@chaddonal4331 - I just got "The Orchestra", but haven't been able to get it to work yet. But from the video's it's supposed to do everything Emotive Strings and Action Strings does, and a bit more. Also my version of ES and AS are limited in the range they'll play. It seems to be only about 2 1/2 octaves or less, which isn't enough to do get comfortable. You are limited to presets, which isn't too bad because there are alot of them, but you can't do odd or uneven rhythms. Also they're limited to strings [1 single string patch] only, where as you have other instruments with TO.
ES & AS don't have volume curve programming either, although you can move your mod wheel and get that effect.
My versions of ES & AS came with the Komplete 12 upgrade, and I suspect they are limited versions.....or not, because I can't upgrade them.
TO looks easier to work with from the videos. With ES & AS you can only have 1 track, or pattern, per instance, whereas TO has 5, I believe. I will play with it and add any other comments that shed light on the question.

Together the multiple mic'd phrase recordings are 42 GB, whereas all of The Orchestra is 7 or 10 GB; ut single note samples which are manipulated by arpeggios (rather than phrase recordings). Looks to be different technologies in place. I wonder if you have the full downloads being accessed.
Can you speak to these:
1. How many authorizations/installations does Sonuscore allow? Is it 3 like NI/Kontakt? ( I can't find it on the website).
2. Is TO NKS-compatible?

That sounds about right. If ES & AS use sampled phrases, you would end up with alot more memory than just instruments would use.

Right- The Orch. uses arpeggiators and and volume curves to run instruments like a DAW.

You mean for ES & AS, or OT? My OT works now - I just had to authorize it through the NI installer.
I checked on ES & AS, and there is no upgrade, so I must have the complete programs. They are good, but limited to strings only, and 1 track/phrase per instance.
I wanted something that would arpeggiate woodwinds & brass as well, and do several tracks/instruments/phrases at a time.

I just checked Best Service website, and can't find the answer, or any FAQ section. TO is partnered with both NI & Best service, so I had to have both a Best Service AND an NI account. Kind of confusing.
BUT - I still have my TO checkout page open, just as I left it immediately after purchase, and it lists the product, with "downloads remaining" which has the sign for infinity - so I guess that means no limit on that. Then it says "expires - NEVER"
Also I just chatted with support, and they said you can install it on 2 computers at the same time, AND there is no limit to authorizations.

Yes, it runs in Kontakt [is that what NKS means?], and has to be authorized through the NI Access program [activation downloader, or whatever it's called.] the same as all of your Komplete bundle programs.
Holler if you have any more questions. I think I'm going to get the upgrade to The Orchestra Complete. I was impressed with their support [and the program], and wanted to get the whole thing, but decided to try just the Orchestra [original] first, and see how that went. I was disappointed with some other libraries I got, so I'm a little leary now about buying sample libraries. Some of them really suck, and you don't know what you're getting until you fork over the moolah.
Great sounds, concept and ideas, but...........this interface sucks ! The only wore from this is Spitfire Albion One which you need to work with magnifying glass - HORRIBLE !
