Peach Rose Jelly Pudding | Agar-agar Recipes 桃子花形果冻布丁， 燕菜糕食谱

This Peach Jelly Pudding is very refreshing and tasty. The pudding is light and smooth and pairs very well with peach. If you don't want to use peach, you can also use any fruit topping.
If you are learning to shape fruits into flowers, I find that using canned peach is an easy way to start. As the peaches are already soaked in syrup, they do not oxidize (i.e., turn brown/discolor) too fast, so it gives you ample time to shape them
Ingredients 材料:
Base pudding layer 底层:
1 can peach “halves” 1 罐桃子“对半”
1 egg yolk 1个蛋黄
30-35 grams caster sugar 30-35克细砂糖
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2 茶匙 香草精
100 ml milk 100 毫升 牛奶
200 ml milk 200 毫升 牛奶
1 gram agar-agar powder 1克燕菜粉
Middle coconut layer 中层：
100 ml water, room temperature 100毫升水，室温
1.5 grams agar-agar powder 1.5克燕菜粉
10 grams caster sugar 10克细砂糖
100 ml coconut milk 100 毫升 椰奶
pinch of salt 盐少许
Top layer 上层：
200ml water, room temperature 200毫升水，室温
3g instant jelly powder (can be replaced with 2g agar powder) 3克速溶果冻粉（可以用2克燕菜粉代替）
10g caster sugar 10克细砂糖
Garnishing 装饰:
Thyme 百里香

Hi I used about 1 peach for one flower 🌺 . One can have 6-8 peaches 🍑. And I added 1/2 peach to each glass of pudding. So you should be able to make 4 flowers. But different brand have different peach size and quantity.
