A good week, Carla! Keep up the good work! My knee, swollen to the size of a small melon was examined by phone call (not video) this week and I felt that a 5yr old with a toy medicine bag could have done better! I was not impressed! Hope your 'muscles skeleton' appointment went better!

Even though you didn’t loose on the scales this week …. WELL DONE!! It’s still a WIN because you didn’t put anything back on! And you are tracking your food which is also fantastic! Well done Carla, to had a good week. Stsying the same is good, not a gain so stay positive. My past experience it sometimes takes 2 weeks for the loss to show up on the scales so keep going in the same direction and you'll get there.

Afternoon carla,its a hard to keep loseing all the time im trying to be good iv lost 3stone and its taken me 14 months as i no i comfort eat at times i have been on holiday so put on then i eat same as my husband he put nothing on i put 6 pounds on in two weeks so that shows that everyone is different we did exactly the same things walking and swimming but i put on so yet again im trying,i think you have done really well you had a great lose last week so im sure you will next week.i hope you get some help with your knees tomorrow dont let them fob you off buy bleaming your weight this did happen to me then i slipped my diceses in my back and had to have a scane and told i had osteoporosis in my back and knees and my hands any way im going on alot lol hope all gose well at the hospital ❤😊xx

You had a really good week this week calorie wise, I'm sure it will show on the scales next week. I find it frustrating when my weight seems to plateau for a while, but it happens sometimes. I agree with you about meal planning. I prefer to keep it more spontaneous. Like you, I'm trying to keep my intake below 1000 calories before my evening meal, which seems to work well for keeping hunger at bay and I can sometimes enjoy a little treat at the end of the day too. Good luck with your appointment and keep up the good work.

Do what works for you Carla. I would put on weight eating that much food but we are all different. You are eating a lot of healthy food and your skin looks amazing. Ignore those who are being nasty. You don't need to resort to putting somebody down to feel good. Wendy

I notice you have new glasses frames - suit you. As for your week - totally agree about spontaneity but maybe crack out the crock pot/slow cooker occasionally and if you're late back, if it's on low, meal will be waiting for you? Works for me.
Carla have you measured your self only its not always the number on the scales I am doing Herbalife for me it's the best I have lost 1 stone since June but a whole 50 cm which people notice and smaller clothes. xxxx

You do make me laugh! I'm the same with regards meal planning as I don't know what I will feel like eating days ahead. I find life on board a cruise ship suits me, as you can have whatever you want, whenever you want it and often end up losing weight - unfortunately I can't afford to live on a cruise. Still trying hard to lose weight, it has taken me 8 weeks to lose 6 lb - very disheartening as I have so much to lose. After my initial down I am now trying to increase my exercise as I need to be losing 2lb a week to get down to what a want by the end of this year. I will still be fat and will need to keep up next year as well.

Is an omelette maker worth it. I keep wondering whether to get one and then think I can make one just as easy... well maybe not so easy but reasonably quickly... not that I do lol
@@CarlaJenkins haha I can visualise that my mum's omelettes used to look like a bad car accident - didnt help that she was using a nylon type spatular which melted each time she used it. Didnt realise until one day noticed it was about 5" long instead of the usual 10/12" lol. Thankfully my brother taught me to make omelettes from when he was in France. Cant make them like a chef but they are edible. I think I will have another look at the omelette maker.
