Anyways ….
Yea, I’ve actually done DMT 2x
But I don’t think I could do ayahuasca
That sounds too intense
The 1st couple minutes of DMT scared the ish out of Me .
I literally thought to myself
Oh great , you’ve done it this time
You actually gone too far & im not coming back from this 1
& then it let off a little bit and was the most beautiful experience ever & I did not want it to stop
😆 but about 20min later …
Scared the ish out of me for a minute (literally a minute . Lol but felt like 30😁) then was the most amazing, enlightening feeling
Everything was golden BRIGHT
It’s a trip , it for real puts off an feeling of knowing you’ve unlocked something special and are better for it , especially for the next month after I did it I felt clear, light , smooth , free from any negative energy
Which I’m usually good with that blessing anyways, but it still got rid of anything hiding in there for quite a while .
Still the most positively impactful mind altering experience of any kind I’ve been blessed to have,

E completely changed My life for the better and pretty much immediately
Being a hard headed, angry teenager 18yo and then My Buddy & His girl popped up at My house
I opened the door , they didn’t even say anything and I go

Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.
LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself
This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

With safe facilitation and use, I'm becoming more convinced everyday as I hear more and more about ground breaking research as well as case studies that speak to the profound healing potential that these plants can provide.
