First fight with Cynthia in the series was in BW lol, she had a higher level team in that game but I didn't encounter her till I was like above how many levels against her, never got any bad memories against her because of that. Also isn't rematch Cynthia stronger in Platinum?
God dammit it just burns me so much how Red didn't do the obvious thing. A thunderbolt to the Unfesant from Pikachu. Lapras could have washed crookadile away with hydro pump, and Galvantula's but type made him vulnerable to Charizard's fire. How did his fucking AI not see that?
+Vospader21 I think the targeting system is to blame for triples. The pokemon can only target opponents adjacent or next to it. They are all at the extreme sides of each other and therefore can't attack directly. AL is programmed to used fake out first always and sucker punch was critical
From what I remember in Triple Battles, a Pokemon on the far left cannot hit any Pokemon on the far right. Basically its only options were Hydro Pump on Galvantula or Unfezant. Kroododile was safe from harm from Lapras.
I think it's because since its the world tournament, it can be hosted anywhere in the world so it's probably in Japan and obviously they speak Japanese
