- After living 5 years in Toronto, I left it and moved to Calgary (Alberta)!
In this video I will give 14 reasons on why I chose Calgary over Toronto and moved to Alberta!
I had tried to see if I could continue to live in Toronto, but it is no longer affordable and it does not make sense to throw the money in form of rent ($2500+ for 1 bedroom apartment).
Before moving I did lots of research and found Calgary to be the best option and in this video I will share 14 reasons why!

All your points are good. But, I think you’re underestimating the extreme weather conditions. Yes, you’re gonna save more money but what are you gonna do with it if you can’t get out. Best of luck for your time in Calgary🎉
I will cover winters when I see the most of it. So far it has not been an issue except for 1 day when there was snow storm, but that happens in Toronto as well.

Everyone who comes here gets job.
Calgary is still growing and people are less as population is lower than other major cities so competition for jobs is less. If you have right skills and experience and the industry you are in has presence in Calgary, then you’ll get a job eventually

Because many people saying that Canada is not a good country now crime rates increases, no jobs, inflation, cold weather and many more.
I want to move in Calgary it's beautiful city but people scared me.
Please please reply me
everyones personal experience is different. It is not safe in some parts of all cities and if you are prepared for cold you will be ok. Inflation is all over the country can't really escape it.

Crime is everywhere. Area close to Downtown between Marlborough to Erin mills is little shady, and has relatively higher crime. But same is case with Toronto with many areas being shady.
Overall it is way affordable and I am literally saving double or even more from what I was in Toronto
