I never heard of Dagestan before. I learn so much about Russia from your videos! Warm regards from the USA
if like watch UFC you will know Dagestan sooner
More than 190 indigenous peoples live in Russia. Each of which have their own language, culture, legends and mentality. What is shown in the video is only a small part of the cultural layer.
Fun fact: The Boston Bombers were from here!
TRÌBÜN TIMUR COM VÌRAL!
ŔUSSIA AND CHECHNYA SOLDIERS IN THE UKRAINA WAR VIDEO!

Thanks again Eli. I love these journeys into the Caucasus. Especially since I'm living now in Tbilisi. It's the other side of the mountains from here, but it seems similar and alien. I loved Gamsutl. And I think what I appreciate most about your videos is your moments of philosophical reflection.
(Pro-Tip: To avoid that wind sound yet capture the wind; record the sound on a small digital recorder in a place out of the wind. Then put the two together.)
I also want to visit North, the other side of Caucasus 😊 love it ❤
Khabib is not just the most famous Dagestani in world. He is also the most famous Russian after Putin. The most followed Russian on Instagram!

Best RUclips channel to learn about the vastness and diversity of Russia. I knew about Dagestan and Chechnya as troubled areas like rest of the world but first time got a chance to see the beauty of Caucasus
Where are you from my brother Dheeman???
What amazes me is that you will never find any homeless woman or family on the street in these poor areas, while you find thousands of homeless people in rich America!! If only I knew the reason behind that!
reason: drugs. fact. How often do you actually see a real family walking around the street homeless? What you see in america is a bunch of drug addicts that are homeless
Reason is the islamic Zakaat system. The system doesnt allow poverty to exist because every rich person has to donate 2.5 % of his money to poor people annually. If the top 1% richest people would be practising muslim world hunger would not exist.
It’s family and community values…
@@aabe8303nevertheless, Dagestan is one of the poorest Russian regions, and one of the most subsidized
@aabe8303 then women would be regarded as dogs, could not drive, get beat up in grocery stores bc their face is uncovered and be stoned to death for riding on a motorcycle with a nonfamily member,...nonconformed muslims could be put to death and theres no recourse for abused musli. women, not to mention muslim men love little boys...doesnt the sayi g go, women are for breeding, boys are for pleasure in your world????.yeah, great system that Muslim culture
